Sleeping 10 in total, the property has a one bedroom apartment, twin bedroom on the ground floor, and a four bedroom villa on the first and second floors. There is a large roof terrace with an undercover area for shade and terrace with distant sea views and views to Monchique Mountains. Superb sunrises and sunsets from the villa. Quiet setting, but close to all amenities, a short pleasant stroll to beach, coves, restaurants, bars and mini-markets. Short 5 minute drive to the centre of Albufeira.

Notes on accommodation
Lighting to pool and BBQ area. Swimming pool and sunbathing area slightly extended and made more private. New tiled flooring to villa, new furniture also. 2012 sees Wifi in the casa and also besides the basic sky we have over 70 channels to offer clients including sports.
Accessibility
We do not have any specific mobility adaptions, however wheelchairs will have easy access to downstairs apartment that faces the pool, and wheelchair can reach villa by the ramp rather than the outside steps.
Outside
Large swimming pool, recently re-tiled and floodlit, 1m - 2m, large brick built barbecue.
Coast/Beach
Many little beach coves short 5 - 10 mins walk away, 5 mins drive to Albufeira main Fisherman Beach. New Marina close by with its many shops and restaurants also. Algarve shopping five minutes drive away.
Golf
Golf course 5 minutes drive away.
Travel
We can organise car hire or airport transfer, or relax, take the transfer and have your car awaiting your arrival at the villa. There is also a bus stop at the end of the road, whith buses into Albufeira evry hour on the hour, and in other direction to Algarve shopping.
Distances
5 mins drive to the historical old town of Albufeira. 30 mins drive to Quateria Gypsey market, and capital of Faro. 30 mins drive also to Portimao a further 20 to Monchique mountains.
Further details
The new completed Marina 5 mins from villa is worth a visit, take your sunglasses buildings quite bright to the eyes, quite like a Leggo town really, but inside all finished to a very high standard, shops, cafes, bars etc here also.
Booking notes
25% deposit to book, balance payable ten weeks prior to departure. £250 breakage deposit required for 2012 season. We include beach towels for 2012 season due to many Airlines being very strict with baggage allowance. Bookings available from 2 to 18 clients

About the owner
I live in England and divide my time between the UK and Portugal. The Algarve has always held a special place in my heart and the family has spent many a happy time over the years there. Whatever part of the family weather it be younger or older relatives we all just love the place, the location and the friendly Portuguese people, who dont even mind my pathetic attempts to speak with them in their own language at least my sun tan can hide my embarrassment! For 2012 season we are including little extras, things such as beach towels many due to Flight companies being so hot on baggage allowance, and even Easter eggs with Easter bookings too.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We decided to try self catering instead of hotels and stayed in apartments then later feeling a little more adventurous decided to test the water so to speak and rent a villa with pool (sorry about the pun)! We loved holidays in villas and after staying in a number of different locations found the perfect villa and location.
Whilst renting we often discussed what little extras and facilities would our villa offer to clients and later when given the chance to purchase our dream started to put the process into action. Lots of work later the villa is lovely, but still manages to keep the character and beauty I originally fell in love with.
Unique benefits of the property
The property benefits from the best of both worlds, superb views, peaceful surroundings, - but close to all amenities, beach coves, restaurants, bars and mini markets, supermarkets, of unique build not as one of so many cloned villas on a complex. Ideal and ready for clients to enjoy a memorable holiday whether enjoying water sports, or golf, or night life or just relaxing by the large swimming pool, enjoying super views.
