Our lovely Villa Lusitania is situated in a quiet, residential area 10 minutes from Vilamoura and is ideal for both golfers and non golfers alike. The famous courses of the Algarve are only a short drive away and the nearest beach a 10 minute walk. The villa is set in mature gardens with palm trees, it has a large pool with poolside shower and a separate built-in BBQ area. Inside it is comfortably furnished and includes TV and CD player. The spacious, open plan sitting/dining area comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and opens out onto the large, shaded terrace which overlooks the pool and has dining space for 12 - a great place for a pre dinner G&T!
It is in a quiet cul de sac(so no traffic) but is only 2/300 yds to supermarkets bars and restaurants. It has 3 main twin bedrooms (one en suite), 2 bathrooms and a separate wc/washbasin off the hallway which has two full size bunks and a wardrobe if you need extra beds.

Changeover day
During high season dates changeover day is on Sunday. On other dates we can occasionally be a little more flexible.

| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Maid service is once a week and linen and towel change is once a week. Extra maid service is charged at £8 an hour. Towels are supplied but are not for beach use. A starter pack can be arranged at a cost of £5 a head. |
Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is ideal for small groups or families and has supermarkets, nice bars and retaurants all at your doorstep. The villa however is not on a golf complex or urbanisation but in a pretty residential area near the lovely seaside village of Olhos d'Agua thereby lending itself to a feeling of the 'real' Portugal.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beaches of Olhos d'Agua are only a ten minute walk or short drive away. Most of the beaches have good restaurants for lunch or dinner.
Golf
Villa Lusitania is ideally located for the 5 great courses at Vilamoura, including The Old Course and Victoria, which are just a 10 minute drive away. A further 20 minute drive gets you to all the famous courses at Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago.
Travel
Faro Airport is approximately 25 km away.
Car hire is recommended.

Further details
The local, well stocked supermarket as well as a few friendly local restaurants and bars are all within 300 metres of the villa.
Booking notes
For a confirmed booking a deposit of £300 is required. Once received we will send a confirmation/invoice for the balance which is due, with an additional £300 damage deposit, 8 weeks before departure. You will receive your arrival information 2 weeks before you go and your damage deposit will be refunded approx one week after your return.
