Located in Cascais by the sea, about 30 minutes from Lisbon airport. Perfect location to enjoy the coast line from Cascais to Guincho. A very comfortable apartment at 10 minutes from Cascais Marina and 10 minutes - walking to the historic town center. The four balconies of the house provide the opportunity to sunbathe all day, the largest on in the living room is ideal for meals overlooking the sea. At seven minutes of the train station that connects Cascais to Lisbon, and one minute of Avenida Marginal, that goes straight to Lisbon, 10 minutes by car. Close to the beach where you can windsurfing, surfing or body board. You can stroll by the Atlantic Ocean, there are excellent restaurants everywhere. A very nice and quiet ambiance for a perfect summer holidays.
