The rental balance is due 6 weeks prior to your arrival date. A surcharge of 10% applies to Mid-term break, Easter, Christmas and New Years periods.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom contains a queen-size bed and provides ample storage in the oak fitted wardrobe. The second bedroom contains a queen-size bed with oak fitted wardrobe and drawers and the third contains two twin size beds as well as oak fitted wardrobe
Bathrooms: Master bedroom has a four piece en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. Bathroom 2 with shower stall is shared by bedroom 2 and 3.
Kitchen: The kitchen is fitted out with cream base and beech wall units with granite worktops, washing machine and fridge/freezer all coordinated in satin chrome.
Living Rooms: The modern living room has an L-shaped sofa and TV/DVD player with Cable TV for family entertainment. Sliding doors lead out to the spacious covered balcony offering views of the communal gardens, terraces, swimming pool and Falésia Beach.
