Changeover day
Bookings taken any day of the week. Apartment available from 12 noon and has to be vacated by ll am on departure.

| Living Rooms: | Large lounge with 3 piece suite and dining table with six chairs. Satellite TV and DVD player. Settee makes into a bed. Patio doors onto terrace. |

Towels and linen included. Towels changed twice weekly, linen once weekly (more by arrangement). Maid start and finish and 0nce weekly. |

Vale do Lobo, Quinta do Lago, Pinheros Altos and other courses available locally. Discounts can be obtained on most courses.
Travel
Faro Airport is twenty minutes by car. Car hire is recommended but not essential.
Distances
Shopping available on Vale do Lobo. Almancil village is ten minutes by car.

There is a book in the apartment with lots of local restaurants plus handy hints for the holiday maker (ie banks, doctor, places of interest).

Please contact owner Pamela Jones on 01743 718445 for details and enquiries. £50 deposit per week on booking. Final payment 8 weeks prior to departure. Bookings taken for any length of stay. We now require a damage deposit of £150 per booking to be refunded as soon as apartment has been checked.

26.02.10 From F.C. I would like to say what a lovely holiday my family (wife and 2 children) had in this quality property which was set in beautiful surroundings. The owners were very helpful as were the management company. The area is breathtakingly beautiful and I would have no hesitation recommending this property to friends and family in the future.

About the Owner
We are of retirement age but are still both working part time. Vale do Lobo has been our holiday resort for over twenty years and we still love going there. In England we live in beautiful Shropshire and have keen interests in family, grandchildren, music (singing, piano, organ,) bridge and many other activities. I have been a keen tennis player for many years but the legs won't go now. The Algarve has everything we want from a holiday at all times of the year, fine weather, great fish to eat, lovely beaches to wander along, friends we have made over the years and it is still relatively reasonable. We can help you with anything you want to know about a holiday.

Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
When we first went to Vale do Lobo we felt it had everything we would need for holidays for ever. This has proved to be the case. It is only 20 minutes from the airport, beautiful beaches, lovely weather, fine food and very safe to go out at any time. We can fly easily from Birmingham or other airports and we know exactly where we are with shopping etc. We have a very good management company who look after our every need.
Unique benefits of the property
Our apartment is very well furbished and we can get everything we need from the supermarket which is close by. We do not do any housework!! We are only 15 minutes walk from the beach. We can park outside the door. We can walk to the tennis centre for food or a swim in 3 minutes. There are lots of other beautiful walks within Vale do Lobo's 1000 acres. Our management company is on 24 hrs every day in case of difficulties. It is extremely quiet and secluded at the back and so we have a peaceful relaxed holiday every time.
