Changeover day
Villa can be accessed after 4pm on day of arrival. Changeover day is Saturday for July and August off peak times can be negotiable. Please vacate property by 10 am on day of departure.

Although the Villa is all on one floor, it is not suitable for wheelchair users.

Private garden areas to front, side and rear of property. Out side built in barbecue to front terrace over looking sea. Private swimming pool 9 x 4mt, stone dinning table and pagoda with swing on south facing pool terrace area.
Coast/Beach
Walking to beaches approx 20 minutes by car 5 minutes. All beaches have wide expanse of sand with ample restaurants and cafe bars.

Ideal for surfers, body boarding, horse riding, bird watching and walking. Shopping, Marina and boat trips of various kinds in Lagos, which is only 30 minutes by car.
Travel
Nearest Airport is Faro about 90 minutes drive. Car is essential, there are ample car hire services.
Distances
The small town of Aljezur is 10 minutes drive. The holiday town of Lagos is 30 minutes drive. Monchique Mountians and Silves 60 minutes drive. Water parks, Zoo Marine etc about 45 minutes drive.

Historic Moorish Castle in Old Town Aljezur. Surf board hire and cycle hire is obtainable in Ajezur. Banking facilities, shops, market and restaurants also in Ajezur. Petrol station in Aljezur.
