Casa Serra Ar is situated near the sea side resort of Carvoeiro. The villa is well furnished with air-conditioning and underfloor heating and has also been built to accommodate the wheel-chair user. There are superb views over the Monchique mountains and Pestana Golf resort. Carvoeiro, a small residential seaside town with plenty of resturants and bars, shops and beautiful beaches, is only 5mins drive away.

Accessibility
The villa has been purpose-built to accommodate the wheel-chair user. All rooms are on ground level and door and corridor widths are wide enough. The en-suite bathroom has a shower big enough for wheel-in shower chair (can be hired) and handle bars. There is a ramp from the front of the house to the pool area for an easy access.

Outside
Covered terrace with a table and chairs, 6 sunbeds and mattresses. Built-in BBQ. The private pool is 5 x 9m and has a shallow end with wide steps and can be heated (extra cost, please see pricing). No hoist at the moment.
The pool area is private.

Coast/Beach
The nearest beach is 5mins drive away.

Golf
Pestana Golf estate with two 18-hole courses only 3mins drive away, several other courses within 10-30mins drive.

Special interest holidays
Scuba diving, horse riding, organised walks, deep sea fishing, sailing tuition and other water sports available in the area.

Faro aiport 57km/45mins drive, Lisbon 270km/3 hours drive (tolled motorway).
Airport transfers can be arranged.
