A fairly recently built villa in tranquil surroundings on Pestana Golf & Country Estate. The villa is fully equipped and furnished with good taste. The landscaped gardens provide privacy and there is a lawn area for children to play. The views are over a small lake into the Gramacho golf course and Monchique hills in the background. Carvoeiro, a small residential seaside town with beautiful beaches, numerous restaurants and bars, shops and banks, is only 10 mins drive away.

Notes on accommodation
There are ceiling fans in all rooms to keep them cool in summer and central heating to provide warmth in winter. Air-conditioning is also available for an extra charge (please see Pricing). The villa is on one floor except the double bedroom which is on the first floor with a private balcony.

A covered terrace with a table and chairs, gas barbeque, 6 sunbeds and mattresses. The private pool is 5x9m with a shallow end and a cover to be used during the nights to keep the heat in. Landscaped gardens and lawns.

There are two 18-hole golf courses at the Pestana estate, Gramacho and Vale de Pinta. Both have special summer offers for players.
