Why the owner chose a home in this location
This is a family holiday home, built in the 1960´s. Ofir is a very small and peaceful seafront location, with two excellent golf courses very near: Quinta da Barca 10 minutes away, and Estela about 30 minutes.
The beach is just 2 minutes walking, and the whole property is inserted in a protected pinewood.
Ofir is 30 minutes from Aeroporto do Porto - Francisco Sá Carneiro.
Unique benefits of the property
The house is absolute vintage, with exceptional architecture. Just had an interior renovation with new furniture, and has been very well kept through the years.
It accommodates up to 8 people, with two suites with queen size beds, one suite with two beds and a room with two beds.
The garden is about 3.700 m2 (about 39.000 sqf), very private, perfect for basking in the sun, letting the kids loose or having a fish barbecue (excellent fish market nearby, broiler provided).
