Large spacious lounge/diner with traditional Portuguese wood burner, dining table that seats 6 people, free sat TV and a Sofa Bed. Patio doors lead straight out from the lounge onto a large south facing balcony with patio furniture & pleasant views over the surrounding countryside. Close to the 4large swimming pools, pool bar and fabulous restaurant, which offers snacks and a full 'A la Carte' menu. The apartment has free sat T.V incl. BBC, ITV programmes and a barbecue on the balcony, new balcony furniture.

Long term rentals and daily rates available on request. Change over days are flexible and availability is all year. 20% deposit on booking, balance due 8 weeks before holiday. £150 deposit cheque against any damages payable 8 weeks before holiday and refunded within 14 days after holiday if all is well in apartment. Prices inclusive of all utilities and club facilities. Small welcome pack can be provided, transfers available at a cost of 80 Euros return upto 4 people 100 euros Return 5 people +. Apartment available from 3pm on day of arrival and must be vacated by 12 noon on day of departure.

Vilamoura 1,2 and 3 Millenium Salgados Vila Sol Pinta Gramacho. Only players wearing soft spikes and proper attire (no t-shirts) will be allowed to play. Payment in cash required.

At the heart of the resort is 'O Pavillhao' an excellent poolside restaurant and bar serving everything from snacks and ice cream to international cuisine and traditional English Sunday Roast. Pool table and football table. Weekly BBQ and live entertainment in the high season. The resorts other large pool area with two Jacuzzis also has a snack bar. The Casa Azul (blue restaurant) is a couple of minutes away
Reception can arrange taxis and day trips to local attractions such as Slide and Splash, Zoo marine, boat trips, golf tee times, etc. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Albufeira´s Camping facilities opposite the resort (access via footbridge) are available to Clube Albufeira guests at no extra charge and include supermarket, restaurant, disco, large pool area, children’s sandy play area, craft shop, newspaper kiosk, tennis and football courts. Long term rentals and daily rates available on request.

About the owner
We are a family run apartment and have been visiting the Algarve for twenty years. We love the area and find the people helpful, friendly and very family orientated.
The apartment is on a really lovely complex [Clube Albufeira] with four swimming pools, two restaurants, pool bars and the most beautifully kept gardens. It is just on the outskirts of Albufeira which makes it a peaceful haven but only minutes to the varied nightlife, restaurants and bars of Albufeira.
We have owned the apartment for over two years and hope to provide a good standard of accommodation for holiday makers and also our selves when available.
