Prices are per week, until 4 persons using only 2 bedrooms (except August, that is total price, using the 5 bedrooms). Each additional bedroom (that can sleep up to 2 persons) will have an increase of 100,00-Euro per week (except peek season).
Damage/security deposit of 250,00-Euros/Pounds for up to 4 persons + 50,00-Euros/Pounds more for each additional person (returned at departure time, if nothing is damaged).

Bathroom Jacuzzi are switched off during summer months (June to September), if you would like to use them, please pre-ask if it is possible to have them on.

There are 3 baby-cots available and they can be supplied with an additional cost of 30,00-Euros weekly.
We can also arrange for a double-sofa bed for 2 children, with an aditional cost of 50,00-Euros per child (up to 2)
Air-conditioning (7 units: all bedrooms and living room and kitchen) is available as an option, costing 25,00-Euro per week, for each of the units required.
WiFi Internet connection can be available for an additional cost of 50,00-Euro per week.
Long term stay can be negotiated.

This villa and its location is perfect,it sits top a hill,with splendid 360 degree views including the coast.Is situated about 1 km from the main road,so you need a car,but Loule is only about 3 km from the villa and there are plenty of restaurants,shops,Market,Castle and Saturday Gypsy Market.The property is only 2 hours from Lisbon and 15 mins from Faro Airport and as it is close to the Motorway(though you hear no noise from it)you are really only a short time by car from the much of the Algarve.The villa is brand new,clean and spacious.The fully equipped kitchen is superb and the living room has all you might need if you wish to stay indoors.The bedrooms are spacious and the upstairs ones have balconies giving spectacular views.The garden is large and we well maintained and the unheated pool which had easy steps into it was a great place to cool off.We had super support from Laura who ensured that we had everything we needed.I would thoroughly recommend this property.Glenn,Edinburgh
