Many old cork-oak, almond, olive, carob, orange and lemon trees, landscaped swimming pool with waterfall, bubble seat and underwater lighting, cleaned twice weekly. Situated half an hour from the Spanish border, Seville is 2.5 hrs. Tavira (reputed to be the prettiest town on the Algarve) is 20 minutes drive. Santa Catarina has banking, supermarkets, chemist, garage and numerous small bars.

Estoi with its famous palace is 20 mins drive.
Spanish Border town of Ayamonte is 30 mins drive.
