Comfortable holiday accommodation with two bedrooms, living dining room, well equipped kitchen, terrace, BBQ, lawned garden and swimming pool area. This apartment is both comfortable and well located, nearby you will find a fantastic choice of restaurants, bars and cafes. However, it is in the quiet part of town and you will enjoy the seclusion of a lovely garden and pool area. The apartment was completely renovated two years ago and is tastefully decorated and comfortably furnished. It is air-conditioned throughout and has Sky satellite TV and DVD.

The apartment is reached by a short flight of steps. There are many amenities within a short walk. However it may not be suitable for anyone with severe mobility problems.

Further details
Once a tiny fishing village, this is now itself a popular destination for tourists from both overseas and from the rest of Portugal. Here you will find a true mixture of the old and the new - charming little cottages, fishing boats pulled up on the beach – the newly developed seafront esplanade with smart restaurants – the local bar where you´ll be greeted as an old friend (on your second visit!) – the karaoke bar selling exotic cocktails. All of this in a small resort which has a little of everything and is only minutes from the centre of Albufeira and Vilamoura.

About the owner
I am from Denmark, my husband is Portuguese. Our apartment near the beach was our family home until we found ourselves running out of room after the recent arrival of our youngest child. We refurbished and renovated Apartment Palmeira (P8559) in 2009, firstly to suit our family but always with the intention of eventually letting this as a holiday home. It is a very special apartment in a very special location and we hope that guests will enjoy their time here as much as we did. We now have a second apartment in Olhos de Agua, Apartment Maria Luisa (P8954), which has also been thoughtfully refurbished to provide comfortable holiday accommodation. We live and work in the resort, so will be on hand to greet you on arrival and to help you with anything you may need during your holiday.
