Inside Villa Natura you will see that the whole villa is very spacious and the decor is very luxurious. There is a very spacious eat in kitchen with large American fridge/ freezer. Off the kitchen is a utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer & direct access to the outdoor area with large pool, shady terraces, small grassy area. The combined lounge / dining room has terrace doors leading onto the outdoor area – there is a wonderful feeling of space and light, there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and chill out while on holiday. The living area also has internet connection, plasma tv, english satellite and a fireplace for chilly winter nights and air conditioning units for hot summer days. All four spacious bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms and the upstairs master bedrooms have a terrace with views over to the Nature Reserve - enjoy watching the sun dip away on the horizon.

Notes on prices
If you rent only 1,2 or 3 bedrooms the remaining bedrooms will be locked. You are still renting the entire villa but not all the bedrooms/bathrooms. The nightly rate is low season is based on 2 adults sharing 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom. 1 bedroom 550 euros. 2 bedrooms 750 euros. 3 bedrooms 1000 euros. Whole villa 1200 euros. The pool heating is included in the full villa price from October to May, the rest of the year it is an optional cost
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible but more likely to be mid week.

Notes on accommodation
Villa is suitable for up to 8 adults or 8 adults and 2 extra children (who would be accommodated in a baby cot or foldaway bed). High chair, baby cot, baby buggy and foldaway bed available at no extra cost, but must be requested before arrival.
Accessibility
Not suitable for the mobility impaired (there are steps at the front of the villa). The villa is suitable for small children – but the pool area is not fenced and you will be responsible for supervising your children in the pool.
Outside
The detached villa is set on a large plot with views over the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve, there are several outdoor shady terraces to enjoy the sunshine, mature planting, private large swimming pool, calcada entrance and security gates.
Pool heating available and is an additional €250 per week.
Coast/Beach
Close to the villa are Ancao Beach and GiGi's beach (Quinta Do Lago) - there are several kilometres of soft sandy beaches to enjoy near the villa. All have free car parking and often are serviced with small cafes and restaurants with toilet facilities. Better still - pack a cool box and the umbrellas and head to the beach with a picnic.
Golf
Golfing weeks can be arranged. There are many courses within a short distance including: Laranjal, Vale do Lobo Royal, Vale do Lobo Ocean, Quinta da Lago Norte, Quinta do Lago Sul, Vila Sol, Vilamoura Old Course, Vilamoura Millennium, Vilamoura Pinhal, Vilamoura Laguna, Salgados, Benamor, Quinta Da Ria, Quinta de Cima.
Special interest holidays
Concern for the environment is the focus of special attention at Quinta do Lago. To maintain the delicate ecological balance within the estate, which is flanked by the Ria Formosa Natural Park, stringent regulations have been implemented by Quinta do Lago SA. A strict, low density master-plan allows for only eight percent of construction of the total area of the estate, ensuring plenty of green space. Private villas, townhouses and village developments are carefully integrated into natural areas, nestling at lakeside, secluded by woodland or flanking the golf courses.
The tidal inlet area that is part of the Ria Formosa is recognized as a wetland of world importance and a natural habitat for rare and endangered species of migrating or nesting birds (IBA - Important Bird Area).
A wide variety of species, as well as other wildlife, can be observed in their natural habitats along Quinta do Lago's two nature trails.
Travel
We recommend that you hire a car to make the most of the facilities in the area. We can arrange a personal meet and greet service from/to the airport in a registered private car and also supply baby/car chairs for the children. We can organise car hire for you with either pickup at the airport or delivery to the villa.
Distances
Faro town is a 15 minute drive there is a large shopping centre that offers good facilities. There are lots of activities to enjoy options include horse riding, fishing, yachting/sailing, shark, dolphin watching, 4x4 safari tours and Cultural visits. There is also an Aqua Park and a swim with dolphin experience (30 mins drive). In the villa is a well stocked folder with all the details of the attractions so you can read at leisure and book you choices.
Further details
In Almancil (5 minutes drive) has Apolonia Supermarket (excellent continental selection of foods and wine) they accept all major credit cards and next door is Aldi (cash only or Portuguese registered multi banco cards). Recently opened in Almancil is Pingo Doce a cheap & cheerful supermarket with a cafe / take away section too. In Faro (15 minutes drive) there is a large shopping centre with Jumbo and Pingo Doce supermarkets. Just up the hill in Loule there are several supermarkets including Continente, Modelo, Pingu Doce and Lidl.
Booking notes
For low and mid season rentals securing deposit must be paid on time of booking this is 50% of the total booking cost.
For high and peak season rentals the deposit required is 25%. All deposits are non refundable. All rentals - the balance is to be paid 8 weeks before arrival. A security deposit of €300 is payable before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded in full within 14 days after departure if the property has been left in an appropriate condition.

We have holidayed here in Villa Natura twice now - that says a lot !!! Everything about this villa is luxury - so clean - so calm - so pretty, We especially enjoy bbqing and eating by the poolside while the children enjoy running about and splashing in the pool. There are a couple of nice restaurants nearby but we prefer to pop down to the beach and enjoy a cocktail while the sun is slipping off on the horizon. Cant wait to come back - can 100% recommend this villa ! thanks Mr & Mrs Denison, Dorset.

I am a happily married mum of 3 lovely girls & we live here in the Golden Triangle. We moved here when I started my rental company SandyBlue which also kind of started as an accident ! I was privately renting our properties when I realised that it was becoming busier than I could cope with - so I started my own company called 'sandyblue' it reminds me of what we all want on our holidays - sandy beaches and blue skies. Varandas Do Lago is a fabulous location for access to our lovely sandy beaches, great restaurants, amazing golf courses, sunny tennis centres, cool watersports, excellent local produce in our supermarkets, snooping in our gypsy markets, sipping sangria on the beach.....the Area is knows as the 'Golden Triangle' and once you have seen how loely and sunny it is here - you will think its a Golden place too!
