Casa Carroca is a 12 year old, 3 bedroom villa which was extensively refurbished and refurnished at the end of 2004 and is set in pretty and peaceful countryside near the historic town of Tavira. Built in traditional style and luxuriously furnished, the villa is ideal for families looking for a totally private getaway, yet within easy reach of the attractions of the Algarve. The villa is located 15 minutes from Tavira and the nearest beach, 40 minutes from Faro airport and 30 minutes from the Spanish border. Golf courses, riding facilities are within 20 minutes travel and the major water park attractions of the Algarve are less than 1 hour away. For the more adventurous Seville and Gibraltar are an easy drive away. For immediate needs, local bars and a well stocked mini market are just 5 minutes drive. Many restaurants of good quality are located in the surrounding countryside and are inexpensive when compared to the more touristy areas on the coast.

| Living Rooms: | The exceptionally spacious open plan room is furnished with an interesting mix of Portuguese antiques, Mexican and Asian furniture to provide adequate comfortable dining and casual seating for up to 8 people and has satellite TV. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Towels and linen are provided, these are changed weekly. Maid service is weekly, this can be increased for a nominal extra charge. |
Notes on accommodation
The totally enclosed grounds provide a safe family environment.
Outside
Within the grounds are a private 8m x 4m pool with extensive terracotta terraces and the built in barbeque provide an ideal location for relaxing outdoor living and dining within totally private surroundings. Sun loungers, parasols, tables and chairs are all available as are pool towels.
Coast/Beach
The villa is located about 7 kms from the coastal town of Tavira from here an unspoilt beach is accessed by a short boat trip, alternatively by miniature train.
Golf
Most Algarve golf courses are located within 15 - 45 minutes away.
Travel
Faro airport is 40 minutes by car.
Car hire is essential for this location and to enjoy the delights that the Algarve has to offer.

Deposit to secure booking 20% and the balance is payable 6 weeks prior to to holiday. Refundable damage deposit of 100 GB pounds to be paid with balance payment.
