Normally the change over day is on Saturdays. However, this can be changed depending on the season.

Cleaning is done during mid week with change of towels. Sheets are changed once a week. Other cleaning requirements are possible on request. |

The Palm Villa 39B is surrounded by an extremely well kept and stocked, attractive garden with includes a private swimming pool, excellent for children. The pool is 8 by 4 metres. A purpose built BBQ can provide you with an exciting meal out under a refreshing palm shade by the pool.
Coast/Beach
There are a number lovely sandy beaches nearby. The closest ones are the Falesia, and the Marina beaches in Vilamoura about 2.5 to 3kms away. You can either walk or take a 5 minute drive.
Golf
In Vilamoura there are 6 championship golf courses all in the area of 5km from this villa. For the ones familiar with the area, we have the Pinhal golf course, Victoria Golf Course, The Laguna Golf course, The Old course, the Millennium golf course and the Vilasol golf course.
Travel
Faro airport is only 18kms away. You can either take a taxi or use the local carhire. We recommend Visacar, a local rent-a-car which can deliver your car personally or even pick you up from the airport at your request through this contact.

The villages of Vilamoura and Quarteira are about one Km away. In the centre of these towns you will find all sorts interesting shops, bars local restaurants, cafeterias, banks, marina, casino.

Hi, I am a Portuguese citizen who lived and attended school in Australia many years ago. In Portugal I have been connected with the Hotel industry, and now I have my own 2 villas which I rent out as holiday rentals. I like what I do and therefor I try welcome my guests the best way possible.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
I had my property built as my own house, in which I lived in for 12years. I found Vilamoura area to be very pleasant to live, very relaxing and quiet, well kept, clean and especially because of the lawns and gardens and the great umbrela pines. On the other hand all this close to the center of the towns of Quarteira and Vilamoura where you can have an excellent meal out.
