There is a cleaning service twice a week. Towels and linen will be changed once per week for clients booked for over seven nights. Also towels mid week if necessary. Pool/beach towels are not provided.

The large rectangular private swimming pool is 6m x 12m is treated with salt and not with additional chlorine. It is surrounded by spacious terraces with sun loungers. By the villa there is a large table and chairs for outside eating as well as comfortable outdoor seating, sofas and chairs to enjoy the sun all day long. However part covered terraces and gazebos are provided for shade. Poolside shower. The built-in charcoal BBQ area is located in the garden.

Prices quoted for 6 in Sterling UK Pounds. Apply for rates for less than 6. Click on "Prices currency conversion" to convert currency. Water and electricity are included in the price. Air-conditioning is charged at £85 per week extra to be booked and paid for in advance. Monthly rental is possible from 1/11/2014 to 29/03/2015 for £1765.00 or €1950.00 per month w/ Heating, water & electricity included. Booking Form available on request.
Arrival and departure dates are flexible but must fit in with other guests. Odd stays e.g 10 day stays are accepted. No Sunday arrival AND departure on the same day. Arrival after 14:00hrs and departure by 10:00hrs unless otherwise agreed.
A deposit of 20% is required to confirm the booking. The balance is payable eight weeks before arrival. If booking is made during the eight weeks before arrival, full payment is required. A refundable security deposit of £200 is required with the balance which will be returned ten days after departure provided there is no damage to the property.

This house was built with much love and care, with special attention to the architectural style of the Algarve and the local materials and charm. Yet, we have brought our own Belgian flair to some details of the house and interior design.
We spend much time here, with sliding glass doors always open, enjoying the afternoon breeze.
