The apartment is located 1000m to the nearest beach, walking distance to minimarket, bars and restaurants. Alvor is only a 5 minute drive or a 20 minute walk from the apartment.

Notes on accommodation
The property has a log burner as well as full air temperature heating and cooling. No dogs or any other pets are allowed. Cots and high chairs can be hired and welcome food packs can also be ordered for your arrival. A breakage/damage deposit of 150 euros is required on arrival. Please note that this amount is refundable up to 7 days after your departure.

The apartment is accessed by a small staircase from the underground parking beneath the apartment block and is on the first floor from this access. At the rear of the building the apartment is ground level to the garden and is situated close to the shared pool.
Outside
Off road, sheltered parking is available beneath the apartment.
Golf
Situated opposite the 10th fairway and only 200 meters from the Alto Golf club house. Driving and practice range is only 5 minutes walk. Many other excellent golf courses within 20 minutes drive (Boavista, Palmares, and Penina).
