Changeover day
Changeover day will be Wenesdays to help best flight costs, with check in after 16.30 and check out by 10.30 a.m. but other changeover days are possible subject to other rental arrangements.

Towels & linen are changed and villa cleaned twice weekly, Wednesdays & Saturdays. |

Notes on accommodation
Underfloor electric heating in living, dining 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Villa ideal for large family, two families or 3 couples. Do not recommend the villa for families with small children who need constant supervision, due to the proximity of the pool and hillside terrain. Beds have mosquito/fly nets and screens on doors/windows.
Outside
Private pool is an irregular shape of about 200 square metres and holding 350,000 cubic litres of water, with a separate heated jacuzzi. The pool abutts against southern and western facing terraces adjoined to the villa. The artificial grass tennis court is about 60/70 metres from the villa and is part of the landscaping of the upper section of the 3 plus acres.
Coast/Beach
Magnificent long beach at Quinta do Lago and Val do Lobo is again about 10/15 kilometres, about 20/25 minutes driving time.
Golf
Quinta do Lago, Val do Lobo and Pinieros Altos 6 golf courses are within 20/25 minutes driving, about 10/15 kilometres from the villa.
Travel
Faro airport is about 15/17 kilometres from villa, again about 20 minutes away. Car hire is essential if you do not bring your car to Portugal and we have adequate contacts and can put you in touch with car hire companies.
Distances
Loule is a delightful market town about 5 kilometres from villa and Sao Bras is about 7 kilometres. Easy access to western Spain via little used motorway.
Further details
All such details are held in a file in a kitchen drawer, based on many years of research. Banks and supermarkets are easily accessed in Loule.
Booking notes
Booking only though the contacts below, with a deposit of £500 per week (eg 3 weeks £1,500) which will only be refundable if cancelled 60 or more days prior to the booking start. A further deposit of £1,000 is required and paid 10 days before the booking start for damage and breakages and that will be refundable within 10 days of the end of the booking.
