A delightful modern 3/4 bedroom family villa with private pool and air conditioning throughout. It is situated between the popular market town of Loule, and the smaller Santa Barbara - a typically quaint Portuguese village. Both are a 5 minute drive. Almancil, a bustling town near the coast boasts a wealth of shops and restaurants is only 10 minutes away. Casa Sarita was built in a small orchard behind the country road that runs through the hamlet of Valados, and affords stunning views across the countryside and out to the ocean. Table tennis in the basement keeps the children amused for hours, allowing parents to enjoy a glass of wine and the views from the terraces!

15 minute drive to the exclusive golf courses at Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. Vilamoura courses are only 20 minutes away.
Distances
Set away from the hustle of the tourist areas, it enjoys a little of real Portugal without being too isolated. It is only a 15 minute drive to both the exclusive beaches, tennis courts and golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo, but also ideally positioned to explore beautiful historic towns such as Silves to the west, and the port of Tavira to the east. Vilamoura marina, with its water sports and deep sea fishing is only a 15 minute drive.
Booking notes
25% deposit on booking with balance due 10 weeks prior to departure. A £200 refundable deposit is required with balance payment and will be refunded after satisfactory inspection.

We were so impressed with the villa at Valados that we simply had to drop you a line to tell you. The weather was so kind to us too, which meant that we had an absolutely brilliant holiday. We made good use of the pool and also the BBQ facility and even had a game of table tennis in the garage area. The lay out and decor of the villa was so impressive.
Just wanted to write a short email to thank you very much for being so helpful with your villa in Portugal. We arrived back yesterday, and have had a wonderful time! The area in which you have built is lovely and very authentic.
