Bathrooms: En-suite bathroom with hydro therapy spa bath, shower over, bidet, WC, washbasin, mirror and towel rail.

Kitchen: Fully equipped to provide everything you need. Fitted with granite work tops, ceramic hob, electric fan oven, fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine, as well as a full range of utensils, high quality crockery and glassware.
Living Rooms: Large lounge/dining room, with 2 leather sofas (one is the sofa bed), coffee tables, flat screen TV with satellite and DVD. For dining, there is a dining table with 6 dining chairs.
Other: The large terrace off the kitchen and living room has table and seating for 4. All windows are fitted with electric blinds, to keep the apartment cool in the hot weather.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
The bed linen and towels will be changed at the end of each week. You are kindly requested to bring your own beach towels for the pool area and beach. Cleaning and utility charges will be discussed for a long term let.

Notes on accommodation
On arrival, our English speaking local agent will meet and greet you, and help you settle in. You will be given a contact number should you need assistance during your stay. A welcome pack is available at an extra charge, should you require it. The apartment is fully air conditioned, with heating for winter rentals. For peace of mind there is a video entry system.

Outside
The apartment offers one private balcony. Large shared pool, landscaped gardens, secure childrens play area. Balcony also provides patio table, chairs and outside lighting.

Coast/Beach
10 mins walk to Meia Preia beach which can also be accessed by a small ferry during the Summer months. Praia Don Ana is a short drive away. Praia de Luz 10 mins drive. There are also some great beaches for surfing and boogie boarding on the west coast including Amado about 30 mins drive. Local buses run several times in the day to most of these and other locations.

Golf
There is an abundance of top quality 18 hole Golf Courses in the Western Algarve. There are 3 courses that are within easy reach of the apartment:
Boavista Championship Golf: length 6053mt, 5 minutes by car.
Palmares golf: length 5961mt, 15 minutes by car.
Parque Da Floresta: length 5673mt, 15 minutes by car

Transfer to/from the airport can be arranged by our management team and pre-ordered online. Faro airport is 55 mins drive. Car hire while not necessary is available, bus station is 2 mins walk while the train station is 5 mins walk, taxis are also available.

Praia da Luz 10 mins drive.
Alvor 20 mins drive.
Portimao 20 mins drive.

Further details
Local supermarkets, banks and cash machines ar all within a 5 to 10 mins walk. Restaurants to include European.

Booking notes
A 25% non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm all bookings, the remaining balance is due 8 weeks prior to arrival. A 150 euros refundable security/accidental damage deposit will be required (cheque preferred and will be returned once property has been inspected and confirmed in order after stay.
