'Home from Home' ground floor south facing apartment (with free air-conditioning/heating) situated on the popular Clube Albufeira complex, only 2km from the old town of Albufeira and the famous Fisherman's Beach. The theme of this lovely apartment is 'home-from-home' making your stay even more relaxing and comfortable. The apartment is designed for our own use as well as the rental market. Many beautiful beaches are all within easy reach and with the added attraction of a free courtesy bus, car hire is not essential. On site there is the excellent poolside 'O Pavillhao' restaurant open all day and evening throughout the year, serving delicious snacks and evening meals, three more snack bars are also onsite situated at pools 2, 3 and 4. Algarve shopping is located only 5 mins drive away with its large hypermarket, numerous restaurants, cinema and bowling alley.

Notes on accommodation
Unlimited air-conditioning is included in the price. A cot and highchair are available on request at an additional charge of £25 each per hire. Airport transfers can be arranged at an additional charge. Opportunitites to rent adjoining apartments for friends/family. Please enquire early to avoid disappointment. 2012 bookings now being taken.
Outside
Large open sun patio leading from master bedroom and lounge onto landscaped gardens. Watch your children play on the lawn whilst you drink your sangria and soak up the sun!
The complex has 4 large pool areas with Jacuzzi, pool 3 is heated during November to April.
All pools also have a children's pool.
The nearest pool is less than a minutes walk, with the furthest pool being approx. 3minutes walk.
Coast/Beach
Albufeira beaches approx 5 minutes drive away.
Golf
Salgados (18-hole coastal course) 10 minutes drive (west).
Balaia (9-hole) 10 minutes drive (east).
The majority of the Algarve's finest golf courses are within 15/40 minutes drive away.
Travel
Faro airport approx 40km (30 minutes drive).
Nearest railway station - Ferreiras is 6km.
Public transport is modern, cheap, and very reliable.
Taxis are cheap and efficient. Car hire is not necessary. Free shuttle bus runs from the complex to the Old town twice daily.

Booking notes
15% deposit with balance due 6/8 weeks before departure. (Deposit forfeited if booking cancelled within 10 weeks of departure). A security deposit of £100 is payable with the balance against possible damage/breakages, this is refunded after inspection and cleaning. Enquiries for long term winter rentals welcome.

August '06 I forgot to make an entry in your visitors book, but your apt is undoubtedly the best we've stayed in, in Europe. Your apt was bigger than some of the villas we have stayed in.
