Saturday preferred, flexible. Late arrivals catered for. We accommodate varying check -in/check-out days and times so you can avail of best possible fares. Email us and I will pencil in your name and hold for 2 days to allow you time to book flights.

2 balconies to the front overlooking a grassed landscaped square. 2 balconies to the rear overlooking garden and nature reserve. Ample parking just outside front door. Suggestion: This lovely location is the ideal family base for a wonderful holiday in this stunning and diverse area of the Algarve.

Coast/Beach
5 minutes walk to a magnificent Beach and Sand Dunes.
A beach walk of 15 mins approx will take you to Monte Gordo. Designated Forest Walk of Approx 15 mins also to Monte Gordo (Glorious Pine trees - providing welcome shade). This coast is 35km of beach skirted by a Nature Reserve.

Golf
6 Golf Courses less than 10 minutes drive are:-

The sports complex in Vila Real do Santo Antonio consists of six main areas for training and competition:
Sports hall, athletics track, Municipal stadium and adjacent zone, Municipal sports hall and open-air multi-purpose courts, tennis centre, swimming pools. Walkers: A beach walk of 15 mins approx will take you to Monte Gordo.from the house a designated Forest Walk of approx 15 mins also to Monte Gordo (glorious pine trees - providing welcome shade) and onwards another 2km to Vila Real do Santo Antonio.

Travel
Faro Airport is only approx 30 minutes drive. This house is just 3 minutes drive to the A22 Motorway junction 17. Helpful Hint: 10km = 6 miles = 10 min drive. 2km = 1¼ miles = 25 min brisk walk.

Distances
5 min walk to nearest Bus. 10 min walk to waterfront restaurant; and stunning beaches stretching endlessly to the Spanish border. 20 mins walk to Train. Also 5 mins drive to Supermarket; Restaurants; Banks; Post Office; Hairdresser. 10 mins drive to the town of Tavira. The Spanish border is 10 mins drive.

Further details
Our cancellation policy. All requests for changes to your reservation (such as Date Changes or changes in the number of persons) must be made in writing (e-mail is acceptable) and will be accommodated as far as is possible. All cancellations must be notified in writing (e-mail is acceptable)
If you cancel within 30 days of your arrival date, 100 % of your total rent will be retained as full liquidated damages.
However, if your cancelled dates are rebooked to another guest, 70% of your rental monies will be returned to you for the nights rebooked. No-shows, late arrivals, a reduction in number of persons in your group and early departures from your villa are non-refundable.

Booking notes
There are no hidden extra costs 30% Reservation Deposit must be paid by you within 3 days of confirming that you intend to proceed with booking our property. Failure to make this payment subjects your reservation to automatic cancellation without notice to you. The balance of your payment, 70%, falls due 8 weeks before occupying the Villa.
Directions will be provided a few weeks before departure and keys available on arrival. A breakage deposit of £200 is required (refundable at end).

Why the owner chose a home in this location
A very spacious property enabling several familys to visit at the same time, as there is also a 2 bedroomed apartment on the ground floor giving a total of 5 bedrooms & with the bed-setee in the main house sleeps a total of 12 people. We also have 2 cots. With the beach only a few minutes walk away this is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday but also only a short drive from the busy resorts of Monto Gordo & Tavira.

Unique benefits of the property
We love the relaxing location overlooking the nature reserve and it proximity to the beautiful sandy beach. The bakery a few doors away with its tempting aromas, is a great favourite, we love to get our fresh bread every morning, it also sells milk and other basics. If you dont fancy cooking the cafe the do wonderful filled rolls as well as the usual local fayre
