Casa Belvedere is a luxury villa in a secluded location with its own garden and pool. The villa is located about 2km north of Lagos and is built at the top of a hillside with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. It is 5 minutes drive to the nearest beach and there are several golf courses nearby. It is only 20 minutes to drive to the wonderful secluded surf beaches of the west coast.

Living Rooms: 1st floor: spacious open-plan living room and dining area which can be heated with a large wood burning stove. Patio doors open onto a large terraced area, garden and swimming pool. 37" LCD Tv, satellite, video, DVD player.
Other: Entrance hall with wood burning stove located on the ground floor.

All linen and towels are provided (except beach and pool towels). Maid visits 5 days per week.

The mature garden has a small lawn and leads to the pool (10m x 5m) which may be heated with a heat pump. Adjacent to the pool is a shower room, changing room and toilet. The large terrace between the house and garden has wooden table and chairs, a built-in barbecue and provides areas for either sitting in the sun or shade. Sunbeds are provided.

Coast/Beach
The local beach and town are just 2km away.

Golf
3 of the best golf courses in the Algarve, the Penina, Palmeres and Parque de Floresta are within easy reach.

Travel
Faro airport is 78km, approximately 1 hour by car.
Car hire is essential.

Distances
500 metres to village of Portelas with 3 restaurants and small shop.

Further details
A folder in the house gives details of local facilities, e.g., golf, beaches and a list of some local restaurants. Lagos marina and water sports are within a short drive. Fishing trips, including shark fishing, can be arranged in Luz, Lagos or Portimao.

Lagos is one of the most attractive towns in the Algarve and has calcada paved streets with many interesting shops, a multitude or indoor and outdoor restaurants, lively bars, street artists and disc's. The covered fish, meat and vegetable market is well worth a visit. The villa will therefore appeal to those who enjoy the countryside and want the advantage of easy access to a town.
