Villa Vista do Montanha is a well appointed villa with the front pool area being south facing for all day sunshine, there is a lovely covered terrace for a bit of shade and plenty of seating and sun loungers for all the family. There are 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms with baths and over head showers. There's a lawned back garden along with a ping pong table to the side of the villa. The living area has Satellite TV, with all free view UK channels and a DVD player, the villa also offers Free WiFi (bring your own lap-top).

as a 2 bedroom villa you can have the choice of a double and a twin bedroom ot 2 double rooms.
Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible but must fit in with other arrivals or departures so please ask first.
Accommodation
| Bedrooms: | 3 bedrooms all with air-conditioning. Ground floor bedroom has a double bed, one upstairs bedroom has 2 single beds. Master bedroom upstairs is a King size bed. |
| Bathrooms: | There are 2 bathrooms, 1 downstairs with a bath, overhead shower and shower screen, toilet, bidet and sink. Upstairs is the 2nd bathroom that mirrors the downstairs bathroom also with a bath and overhead shower, toilet, bidet and sink. |
| Kitchen: | The well equipped kitchen has a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge freezer, cooker and gas 4 ring hob (safety hob) and microwave. There is a back door from the kitchen that leads out to the back of the villa and down to the garden. |
| Living Rooms: | The living room is lovely and spacious with a dining table and 6 chairs, 2 sofas and an armchair. There is Satellite TV with all free view UK channels including BBC and ITV, a DVD player and a selection of DVDs, a CD player and a few books and games. |
| Other: | There is a stair gate available if required. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
The villa is cleaned after the first 3-4 days and towels are changed. For 2 week bookings the cleaners will also change the linen and towels after 7 days and do a thorough clean and again in the middle of the second week a further towel change. |

Notes on accommodation
We do have available if necessary a stair gate. Cots and highchairs can be hired from the management agency. There is also 1 hairdryer in the villa.
Accessibility
This villa isn't well equipped for wheelchair use as there are no ramps into the villa or disability aids in the bathrooms.
Outside
The outside is great for catching the sunshine all day long, the south/west facing pool terrace is surrounded with 6 sun loungers and outside table and chairs for alfresco dining, there are table and chairs on the top floor terraces from the bedrooms also. The back garden is secure for playing and also has a rotary washing line. The private pool is 8 x 4 meters and there is a ping pong table to the side of the villa. The villa has electric gates that open onto the drive for off street parking.
Coast/Beach
The closest beach the Meia Praia from the villa the beach is about 1.5 kilometers and takes about 15 minutes to walk or a couple of minutes in the car, there is a slight hill on the way back so this may take a little longer when walking. Lagos has many beaches to offer from the long stretch of the Meia Praia to the smaller coved beaches such as Praia Dona Ana.
Golf
Palmares Golf course is only about 1 kilometer away, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Course are a 5 to 20 minute drive away. There are also many more golf courses on the Algarve but the above mentioned ones are the closest to Villa Vista do Montanha.
Travel
Faro is the closest airport about 80 kilometers away, we can hire a car to be collected at Faro or we can arrange airport transfers for you. Car hire is essential when staying at our villa. Other airports are Lisbon (Portugal) or Seville (Spain) both of these are about a 3 hour drive away from Lagos.
Distances
Marina de Lagos is about 2.5 kilometers away.
Meia Praia beach is about 1.5 kilometers away.
Mini Mercado is about 2 kilometers away.
Pingo Doce supermarket (larger option) is about 3 kilometers.
Further details
While in the Algarve you can visit the Monchique Mountain and pop into the spa at Caldas da Monchique, at the top of the mountain on a clear day you can see views across to Sagres and Cape St Vincent which is the most south westerly point on Europe. There are also fun things to do such as water slide parks, Zoomarine Park and Cliff Richards’s vineyard to visit. About a 10 minute drive from Lagos we have the new Autodromo International do Algarve where several events such as super-bikes and car racing take place.
Booking notes
If you wish to reserve Villa Vista do Montanha we would require a 20% deposit and the balance 8 weeks prior to arrival. Extras are payable with the balance. A security deposit would be taken by our management team on arrival, this would be a form with your credit card details that they will keep in their safe until after your departure, when all is cleared by the maids this is then shredded, the odd glass or plate is acceptable this is only in the case of any major damage.
