A bungalow/village house located on the golf and leisure complex of Parque da Floresta near Budens and some 1 hr drive from Faro Airport via the newly constructed Motorway. It is 9 miles from Lagos and a similar distance from Cap St Vincent and the ancient Port of Sagres in unspoilt Western Algarve scenery. Within immediate proximity of the bungalow there is the clubhouse offering bar snacks and an A La Carte Restaurant,a pizza bar, a heated full size adult swimming pool, a children's pool and play area. Other facilities available within the Complex include tennis courts, bowling green, archery, driving range, a Spa with gym and fitness centre with small indoor pool which can be paid for locally. The Parque da Floresta golf course which is to international standard of 18 holes is described as 'interesting'. There is a 40% discount of green fees to residents of the complex. PDF is just 1 km from the main coastal road, and opposite the entrance is the road to Salema.

I am a great lover of the outdoors and sport and PDF is the ideal location for me because golf tennis and walking and swimming are all on your doorstop. I enjoy good food and wine and the Westerly Algarve offers all those as well! I also like home comforts so the log burner and kitchen aids at N48 make for the perfect holiday for me. Why not try it yourself!

Unique benefits of the property
Similar properties may not be all on one floor ie bungalows and have large patio- screened with double glazing to shield from breezes -which if you want superb elevated views can be a pain!It is also 2 minutes from clubhouse pool and spa.
