This luxury air-conditioned double bedroom apartment is ideally situated on the Boavista golf complex on the outskirts of Lagos approx. 5 minutes drive into the town. The apartment hosts panoramic views of the golf course and Lagos. The swimming pools are private and are used by the surrounding apartments and have changing and shower facilities, refreshment bar and lifeguard. Boavista boasts many features, such as the golf complex, health spa & gym and the bar and restaurant. All of which can be utilised by guests of the apartment at reduced rates.

Changeover day
Most weekly bookings are from sat to sat.Tenancy usually commence at 4pm unless otherwise agreed and guests and guest are required to vacate the apartment by 10.am on day of departure.This allows the apartment to be cleaned for incoming guests.

The apartment has balconies to the front and rear with table, chairs and sun loungers. Both balconies are sun facing throughout the day.
Coast/Beach
There are many wonderful beaches all within 2kms of the apartment, by car the journey would take about 5 mins.
Golf
Located on the excellent Boavista Golf Course you will have access to discounted rates as a guest of the apartment. There is also a golf academy and driving range to develop your skills and become a perfect golfer!

Travel
Faro airport is approx 45 mins drive along the new A22 motorway. Car hire is highly recommended to make your stay even more enjoyable!

The apartment is situated 2km from both the beach resort of Praia da Luz and the town of Lagos and many beaches and marina.

The apartment is in close proximity of the local supermarkets, Finibanco, Santander, Bank of Totta and many restaurants and bars to make your stay even more comfortable.
Booking notes
A 20% deposit paid on booking and full payment must be paid 6 weeks prior to departure,with a security deposit of £200, this is to cover the cost of any damage, breakage or theft.This deposit will be fully refunded 10 days after your departure, provided our agent has found everything to be in order after checking the apartment. The number of persons using the apartment must not exceed four. We (the owner) cannot be held responsible for any personnel injury,loss or damage sustained during stay.

About the owner
We live in England, alone now that are 2 sons have grown up and purchased homes of their own. We both work part-time and spend the majority of our holidays in Portugal. During our time in Portugal we have met friends and acquaintances and really enjoy the lifestyle and culture.
Why the owner chose an apartment in this location
We enjoy Lagos and the surrounding area because of the relaxed, friendly and safe atmosphere. There are many restaurants and bars within the old town of Lagos and many beautiful beaches that stretch down the Algarve coast line. Lagos is located approximately 40 minutes drive from Faro airport.
Unique benefits of the property
The property is located within Boa Vista golf complex and in close proximity to the local amenities. There are many golf courses around the Algarve, which are all within driving distance. The Boavista complex offers the use of a outdoor and indoor swimming pools and changing facilities, fitness centre including a relaxing health spa. The apartment provides comfort for a relaxing evening, but we can also recommend bars and restaurants at reasonable prices upon booking.
