Vivenda Diamante is a beautiful 3 bedroom house, situated in Vale de Parra, only 10 minutes from Albufeira town and 5 minutes drive from the new Albufeira Marina. Galé beach is 1.8 miles away and Salgados golf course only 1 mile. The house was built in 2003 to a high specification. It is situated on a small private condominium of 10 houses. There is a large mosaic pool with gardens surrounding, with plenty of room for sunbathing and for children to play. The whole condominium is very safe with electronic entry gates, and is situated away from the main road. The house has been fitted and furnished to a much higher than average standard.There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a separate WC. There are a good selection of bars and restaurants within walking distance, ranging from a high quality steak house to an Indian and Pizza restaurant. All the necessary shops that you will need for day to day shopping are also within walking distance.

Notes on accommodation
All rooms have ceiling fans and electric radiators.
There are stairs and although safe, care should always be taken with young children.
Accessibility
House is not suitable for wheelchairs.
Outside
There is a private garden to the back of the house with a barbecue. There is a covered area with table and chairs. Also, a separate large parasol and six sunloungers. Access to the large pool is available through a gate. The surrounding gardens are grassed and there is ample space. There are several permanent parasols around the pool.
Coast/Beach
Galé beach is 1.8 miles away and is well worth a visit. This then leads on to Salgados beach and then again onto the beach at Armação de Pera, which is a substantial sized resort. Within a 10 minute drive from Vivenda Diamente there are no less than 6 beaches.
Golf
The nearest golf course is Salgados, which is only ONE mile away. Salgados is a Links course with plenty of natural water hazards. Much of the course has breath taking views of the coastline. There are more than 12 other golf courses within a 30 minute drive.
Travel
Faro airport is an easy 40 minute drive away.
Car hire is not essential, but would add to the holiday experience as there is so much to see and do in the Algarve.
Distances
Vivenda Diamante is situated in Vale de Parra which has shops, bars and restaurants. Galé beach resort is 1 mile away. The new Albufeira Marina which is growing daily is a five minute drive. You can take various boat trips, for fishing, dolphin watching etc from here. A further 5 minute drive takes you into Albufeira town itself, where you will find ........everything!
Further details
Guia town is a five minute drive north. This is the home of the 'World Famous' Chicken Piri-Piri restaurants. There are many to choose from. Also, on the fringe of Guia is the Algarves biggest shopping centre 'Algarve Shopping'. With shops ranging from Morgan to the Body Shop and a massive hypermarket.There is also a retail park next to Algarve Shopping, which has a Nike outlet store and an Iceland supermarket, so no need to bring your British goodies with you, you can buy them locally The nearest bank and ATM to Vivenda Diamante is 200 metres away. There is an excellent International Apolonia supermarket in Galé. You will get all the UK supplies you need there.
Booking notes
A deposit of 20% or £150.00 whichever is the greater must be made at the time of booking. This £150.00 is held until the day following departure against any damage or breakage's at the property. It will then be returned to you by post or bank transfer.
The full balance of the holiday cost is due at least 6 weeks prior to arrival.

About the owner
We are Colin and Val Smith. We live on site at Monte do Limas in the farmhouse adjoining the cottages.
We have 2 teenage sons and a Dalmation dog called Millie, who is very friendly. We have lived here for 13 years and have been very happy here.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We loved the house and its situation in a closed, gated condominium. We also love that it's close to Galé beach, which is our favourite of the Albufeira beaches (and the longest, it goes right on until Armacao de Pera). Everything is very central. Albufeira town is a 10 minute drive away, but everything else you need on a daily basis is within walking distance.
Unique benefits of the property
Large pool, surrounded by grass. Our families for the children to play with (but not too many, there are only 10 houses in the condominium).
We love the safely of the house with the privatefront and rear gardens, and then the gated condominium.
