You will enjoy the new fully fitted kitchen, complete with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, electric hob, electric oven, microwave oven, toaster, kettle & coffee maker - in fact everything you are likely to need for an enjoyable holiday. The apartment also has a spacious lounge, dining area with patio doors leading to a good sized patio overlooking beautifully landscaped gardens with perfectly manicured lawns. Somewhere for the children to play while in full view of the apartment. One of the bedrooms has an en-suite bathroom and there is also a second family bathroom. The apartment is air conditioned for your comfort during the warm summer months.

During the months of End of October through to End of March we can offer the property at only £500:00 per month this price includes Water and Gas (28 days minimum stay) if you are interested please contact us for further details. Because this apartment is very central to the Algarve it is an Ideal base for Long Lets.
We accept Euros at the exchange rate in force at the date of reservation.

Notes on accommodation
Internet access is in the reception area 100meters away, There are 4 swimming pools at the complex, 3 restaurants and 4 bars, At this time the television receives via cable various English speaking programs including some direct from BBC. There is a clothes rack for clothing. The air conditioning is in both bedrooms and in the lounge and is whisper quiet, it also doubles as a heating system for the winter periods if required.
Accessibility
This apartment is on the ground floor and is suitable for people with minor mobility problems, a travelling wheelchair should have no problems but a full sized one may, the doors are approximately 800mm wide, and the shower is over the bath not walk in.
Outside
We provide patio furniture, for the two patios, the gardens are very nice and are looked after by the complex, all of the swimming pools have ample furniture for the pool users.
Coast/Beach
The nearest beaches are about a 15 minute walk but ask at reception and they will be able to offer trips and tours to suit all ages & requirements just tell them what you want they are very helpful.
Golf
If it is Golf that you are looking for then the Algarve is famous for its courses The reception can advise on the nearest (Salgados at 5Kms) and availability
Travel
Faro Airport is the nearest and we do not provide transport to and from the airport but we will arrange it for you all at cost, just give us your arrival & departure times plus flight number and airline and we will be there for you.
Distances
Old Albufeira town is a 10 minute walk away other than that shopping can be purchased at the complex but there are shops within a 5 minute walk of the complex, for further distances you can use the shuttle bus at the complex (free) to get to town or public transport (very good) or hire a car.

Great value family holiday
The whole family enjoyed our week in Portugal immensely and this was in no small measure due to the package you provide. The apartment itself had everything we could possibly want, the air con is superb. The swimming pools, restaurants, gardens and facilities on the resort were excellent and the use of the camp site facilities across the road provided anything that the Clube Albufeira resort didn’t. Albufeira and local beaches are within easy reach and public transport links were excellent so even without a car getting around was easy.
The masterlock is an excellent idea as it saves the hassle of checking in at reception upon arrival, In conclusion, our holiday was hugely enjoyable and booking with you has made our first experience of the Algarve a memorable one and one we will no doubt repeat. I would have no hesitation in recommending your apartment to anyone.
