You will see from the photographs that no expense has been spared and the villa is presented in fantastic condition throughout. Much much more than you would expect from a holiday home. The location of this villa really is beautiful, being just a few minutes from the beach and benefiting from fabulous views over the Ocean and a few minutes drive to the unspoilt fishing village of Sagres. This area of the Western Algarve is designated Natural Park and is therefore very low density with around 22 beaches within a 15 minute drive attracting surfers and windsurfers from all over the world. As there are so many beautiful beaches to choose from, none of them ever seem to get that crowded, even in the height of Summer.

Changeover day
During the summer this is usually on a Saturday, but possibly can be flexible, please enquire.

| Living Rooms: | Huge open plan living room with flat screen TV and huge L shaped sofa. There are glass doors leading to a further snug TV room with flat screen and fireplace etc. |
| Other: | The living space is located on the first floor and therefore benefiting from fantastic views. There is a huge first floor terrace from the kitchen and living/dining room. |

All towels and linen are included, as well as a mid week maid service. Extra or daily cleaning can be arranged with prior notice at a surcharge. |

Accessibility
The bedrooms and bathrooms are all located on the ground floor and all have direct access to the garden and pool. The living area and kitchen are located on the first floor benefiting from the fantastic views.
Outside
Large heated swimming pool, with expensive designer sun loungers and garden furniture. There is a covered dining area with BBQ, drinks fridge and dishwasher. Fully landscaped gardens.
Coast/Beach
Martinhal Beach is just a few minutes walk away. This is a beautiful sandy beach with 2 great beach bar restaurants and a windsurf school. There are 22 other beaches all within a 15 minute drive, so none of the beaches ever feel crowded even in summer. The Ocean at Martinhal is typically very flat so therefore good for windsurfing and swimming. Some of the west coast beaches not too far away are very popular for surfing with bigger waves.
Golf
The closest golf course is Parque da Floresta located 10 minutes away. There are also several other championship courses within easy access to include Palmeiras, Boa Vista, Penina etc.
Travel
The nearest airport is Faro located just over an hours drive away. The journey is very easy and we can provide directions.
Lisbon airport is about 3 hours by car (and again, very straight forward to direct you).
Distances
Sagres is the local village which is an unspoilt working fishing village. Sagres is about 2 minutes by car, or about 20 minutes to walk.
There are lots of other great villages within easy access by car.
Further details
Martinhal is a complex of privately owned villas, and there is a new 5 star hotel and resort due to open Summer 2010 which will be located adjacent to the residential villas.

The beach at Martinhal is so idyllic and Sagres is an unspoilt fishing village which is in another world, far far away for the package holiday locations.
