This private villa is located within Club Albufeira in the Algarve and is local to the Old Town and New Town both being 10/15 minutes walk or 2 minutes in a taxi. The Villa is fully air-conditioned and not overlooked. The kitchen is fully equipped including fridge freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. The lounge has a 42" flat screen TV with English Sky (bring your own sky card) and has a real log fire. 2 double bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with queen size bunks and 3 luxury bathrooms. Outside the Villa is surrounded by gardens with orange and lemon trees, the large private pool can be heated and lit up at night. Dining table, Sun Loungers and BBQ all available for use. Full use of Club Albufeira's 4 public pools including shallow child's pool. Swim up bars and 2 restaurants and shop for all amenities.

Booking notes
Prices for renting the villa are per week in UK pounds for up to 12 persons. A 25% non refundable deposit is required on
booking. Full balance is required 8 weeks prior to arrival, If booked less than 8 weeks prior full payment is required at booking. A £100 breakage deposit to cover any breakages or damages fully refunded on departure providing no damage occurred.

This was a perfect holiday for us as we had our 3 children, two boys and a girl, ranging in age from 17 to 10 plus Granny(80) with us. The villa provided the space and facilities (4 bedrooms, tv, playstation and pool) to enable all of us to have a wonderful relaxing holiday. The weather was brilliant and the food delicious. This was a stress free holiday and would love to do it again sometime."

I am the Managing Director of my Company and enjoy my holidays! I have 4 children aged from 6 - 16 and holidaying at the Villa has suited them all. Having the options to eat in or out is fantastic as well as the all important sky TV so the kids don't miss their programmes and I don't miss the football!! Club Albufeira is a fantastic destination for families, the kids can wonder around safely and the adults can relax in peace.

Beautiful location easy reach from the airport. Cheap Flights available from the UK and weather stays good all year through. Child friendly resort with good local attractions for all the family.
