However, this villa is quite exceptional as it has games area, terrace with sitting and BBQ. The superb 10 x 5m south facing pool has a cover. Notes on accommodation
All divisions of the villa has air-conditioning. Heated pool. Suitability for children
pets are welcome. The villa is equipped with a games room with pool table, football table and tenis table. We have bicycles, sauna and gym room available.
Outside
The Villa includes garden, 10x5 private heated pool, barbeque,
outdoor furniture, all area outside this fenced.
Coast/Beach
Farol and Armona islands are a paradise for those who like being isolated. Only accessed by boat.
On both islands you can find coffes and restaurants, and it is possible to spend a day there. For both there are regular ferry boat from Olhão (all year) and Faro (in summer). The journey takes approximately 25 minutes from Faro and 10 minutes from Olhão.
By car you can go to Fuseta beach, 5 Miles distance.
Golf
Not only has the Algarve the best golfing climate in Europe, it also has some of the best courses and facilities. To the west, Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo courses are within 25 minutes of the villa and Vilamoura a further 15 minutes further on. To the east, Benamor, Quinta de Cima and the Quinta da RIA are within 20 minutes and Castro Marim a further 10 minutes on. Over the Spanish border, only 25 minutes away are a further 5 courses, 2 located at Ayamonte.
If all you want is a flick, in Moncarapacho there is a new 9 hole Par 3 course and pitch and putt with driving range, chipping areas and putting green. Something for all the family. We are happy to provide you with more golf info and how to book games and tee off times.

We have an office in Cerro Azul, near the villa, working everyday, with staff to help you in everything you need.
Cerro Azul is near shops and supermarkets, 5 minutes by car.
Booking notes
To confirm your booking, you need to send 50% of the total cost of your holiday. We also ask for a breakage deposit of 200€, witch will be returned intact 1 week after your stay, assuming there are no deductions.
The usual check-out time is 10am, we need some time after this to clean up and make sure everything is ready for the next party and check-in is normally anytime after 2pm. Please let me know what time your flight will be. If you are arriving early we'll try to have the villa ready.
