Bob and Iris offer a warm welcome with traditional Portuguese style self catering accomodation nestled amongst 1.5 acres of glorious tropical part landscaped gardens. Upon arrival you will find a welcome pack with basic food and beverage items. There is a beautiful swimming pool and shaded B.B.Q and seating area.

Notes on accommodation
Accomodation throughly cleaned prior to your arrival. Includes fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, fire blanket. Air/con and heating making it suitable to winter or summer hols. Beach/pool towels available on request at 2.00 euros per towel per week if required.(bath and hand towels free of charge). Laundry service is available for a small fee. Smokers may use outside areas but smoking is not permitted in the Cottages.
Accessibility
This property is not recommended for people with walking difficulties.
Outside
Beautiful semi tropical part landscaped gardens with secluded seating areas, patios and sun terrace. Beautiful swimming pool with loungers, parosols and large shaded B.B.Q area recently restyled.
Coast/Beach
The Algarve is renound for its clean,sandy beaches. Tavira beach, being just one of many, is just a short drive from the property.
Golf
With so many courses in the Algarve all within easy reach of Tavira. Quinta de Cima 6256m 72 par. Quinta da Ria 6110m 72 par. Castro Marim 5466m 72 par and Benamor only 4 km from Tavira 5500m par 71.
Travel
Faro airport is approx 35km a 30 min drive away. We highly recommend that you hire a car during your stay and we can assist with this if required. We also offer an airport pick up service at a cost of 40/45 euros each way.
Distances
Sto. Estevao village is less than 5 minute drive. Tavira town just 10 minutes drive. Most of the Beaches are 15 minutes drive away.The Ria Formosa Nature Reserve within easy reach as are the Observatory and Waterfall.
Further details
Sto. Estevao Village has all the neccessary facililties including cash point and internet access. Tavira is a beautiful Town set on the River Galao. We would recommend that you visit and experince the enchanting architecture and ancient castle. there is a train ride lasting an hour that takes you round the town for around 4 euros.
