Discounts are available for more then 2 week bookings. A security deposit of 150 euros is payable with the balance. This will be fully refunded if there are no breakages or damages.
A 70 euro charge is given to the key holder on arrival for cleaning.

Sunday is preferred changeover day.

Lisbon Airport is 1 hours drive to the apartment.
Porto is 2.5hrs drive to the apartment.
Car hire is not essential as a bus and train service operates from Lisbon.
Distances
Caldas da Rainha is 20mins away and offers markets, dep stores etc.
Nazarre is 15imns away and offer a splash park.
Foz Do Arelho is 15mins and offers many bars, restaurants.
Obidos is 20 min drive and is a picturesque walled medieval town.
Fatima is 1hr drive approx.
