Outside
Outside of the property there is a sheltered terrace, sun bathing terrace and BBQ. The very private rear garden and an under cover terrace all have fabulous views looking down the 13th and 14th fairways. Sun lounger’s for 8 people and outside dining table and chairs. Car parking for two cars. The large garden overlooks the 13th and 14th fairways and has the most breath taking sunsets.
Coast/Beach
Only 20 minutes the stunningly beautiful Silver Coast also to nearest beach with watersports. 10 Minutes to Torres Vedras Town for shopping banks supermarkets and markets.
Golf
You can take advantage of the golf course which is part of the Campo Real Complex, you can enjoy an 18 hole course (fees payable locally) with super Club House. The fabulous 5 star hotel on the resort has a Spa to die for and a bar area where you ca relax on an evning with drinks in beatufiul surroundings. Meals and the Club house, Childrens play area and two further restaurants in the hotel. Pool at Hotel can be used by guests. Tennis courts and Riding school with full equestrian centre.

You can take advantage of the golf course which is part of the Campo Real Complex. The equestrian centre is just 5 minutes away from the house and you can also visit the exclusive Hotel and with access to Sauna, Gym, Tennis Courts and Children’s Club. The Divine Spa has a full range of fabulous treatments and hair salon. The hotel has a golf club house with restaurant, 3 further restaurants and very helpful staff an concierge that can arrange private bookings and items such as personal dry cleaning.

Superb villa in fantastic location with 1st class local facilities. The Sunset was to die for and you provided everything we could wish for and more the Villa is just full of lovely crockery for entertaining and we had the most magical meals inside and out. Thankyou for a beautiful holiday we will return next year.
You certainly put some effort into furnishing this beautiful villa. My mother, and wife watched the most magical sunset and the children loved the bbq and communal pool and hotel pools. My wife said it was the most reasonably priced and relaxing, wonderful spa experience she has had in a long time. I personally enjoyed the golf course challenging and in superb condition and not expensive. we ate at the hotel who gave us 20% off our food and 15% off drinks and golf when we told them we were residents at your villa. Thank you Daniella who came to clean in the middle of our stay and left us an abundance of fluffy towels. What a fantastic setting we will be back! very soon
