Accessibility
The entrance, terraces and living area are all on one level and with just one small step up to the bedrooms.
Outside
Pool with 'Jacuzzi' jet measures 4 mts x 2mts, with shallow end for children. Adjoining sun terrace with sun loungers, table, chairs and parasol. All totally private. Covered terrace with large BBQ, table and chairs for 'Al fresco' dining.
Coast/Beach
Nearest beach and local resort is Alvor, which is a 15 minute scenic drive away. The beach is very long and sandy and one of the best kept on the Algarve.
Golf
Many golf courses, including the famous Penina in the vicinity.
Travel
Faro is the nearest airport, approximately 1 hour drive - 70 kms. Car is essential and there are many hire firms located at the airport, such as 'Auto Jardim', 'Luzcar' and 'Europcar' - better to pre-book especially in July and August.
Distances
Nearest village is 2 kms away - it has a bar/shop where essentials, drinks and icecreams can be purchased.
Nearest town is 15 kms away - it is the principle, commercial and shopping centre.
The historical ancient Town of Lagos is a 20 minute drive.
