In my opinion this is the best villa located at Quinta do Martinhal. The villa is fitted out to a top specification, has fantastic views over the ocean and Martinhal Beach. The villa has a private pool (heating optional) with a large covered dining area with BBQ next to the pool. There are five large bedrooms (2 suites and 3 twins), a huge first floor living area with open fireplace and private terrace overlooking the sea, fully equipped kitchen opening onto an additional BBQ area, open fireplace. The villa is approached via electronic gates with grounds of around 1 acre with beautiful olive trees, lavender and lots of privacy. There is a gated pathway which will take you directly to the beach (about 1 minute walk!).

Accessibility
The access to the beach is good, there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located on the ground floor.
Outside
The grounds are beautiful, with fantastic views over the Ocean and Martinhal Beach. There are quality sunloungers by the pool, a gorgeous covered dining area outside by the pool with BBQ. There is a gated pathway that takes you directly to the beach (in about 1 minute).
Coast/Beach
The villa is located in a beach front location and is about a minutes walk to the beach. There are 22 other beaches within a 15 minute drive.
Golf
Nearest 18 hole golf course at Parque da Floresta 10 minutes away. Other championship courses nearby to include, Boa Vista, Palmeiras and Penina.
Special interest holidays
We can provide chefs to cook in your villa for you as well as beauty therapists that will come to you.
Lots of sporting activities to include, windsurfing, surfing, sailing, horse riding, fishing trips, golf etc.
Travel
Easy access from Faro airport (just over an hour) mainly motorway.
Distances
5 mins drive to Sagres Village (15 minute walk along the beach), 7 minutes to Vila do Bispo. Around 25 minutes to the larger town of Lagos (with several other villages between Sagres and Lagos).
