Villa da Felicidade is set within a beautifully landscaped garden, offering seclusion and privacy due to its quiet location near to the Vale do Milho Golf Course. We employ a local, English speaking villa management company who are at hand to provide our guests with advice and support if required at any point during their stay. Close-by is Carvoeiro, a picturesque fishing village which lies in some of the most un-spoilt coastline in the Algarve. Its beautiful sandy beach leads on to a charming square with a generous number of fine restaurants, bars, shops and outdoor sporting activities. There are many other scenic beaches within easy reach of the villa such as Benegil, Centaines and Marinha. Other local attractions include Grotto Boat trips, Slide and Splash Water Park , Krazy World, Jeep Safari and Zoomarine. Just a short drive from Carvoeiro is the market town of Silves which retains its Moorish heritage and boasts a fine Medieval Castle.

Notes on prices
The above villa prices are for a party of 3 to 4 persons sharing, on a self catering basis. We offer reduced prices for parties of 1 to 2 and there is an additional premium for parties of 5 to 6. For full prices please contact owners or visit our web site (see link at bottom of page). No charge is made for Infants under 2 years of age. If required the pool can be heated at an additional supplement cost of £90.00 per week (this is due to high running costs). Possible longer winter lets available.
Changeover day
Occupancy commences and finishes on a Saturday, arriving no earlier than 01:00pm and departing no later than 11:00am. This allows a sufficient cleaning and preparation time for our next guests.
Alternative changeover days may be available upon request.

| Other: | The lounge has sliding patio doors which open to a covered veranda and seating. Courtyard provides enclosed access to the roof terrace. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
General maintenance needs are managed by a local English speaking company called TLC who ensure the villa and all its facilities are consistantly maintained. Fresh towels and linen are provided. Maria visits 2/3 times per week to clean the villa. |

Notes on accommodation

A complimentary welcome food and drink pack will await you upon your arrival.

Accessibility
The villa is on one level and subtle changes have been made throughout to accommodate wheelchair access, such as wider doorways and level access shower with fold down bench. Guests with limited mobility should contact the owners to ensure villa is suitable for their needs. Best suited to active wheelchair users.
Outside
large private pool (10m x 5m) with sun deck with ample sunbeds , pool side shower, barbeque and a choice of outside dining areas. All of which has ample outside lighting for relaxing evenings by the pool.
Pool can be heated if required at an extra cost (see pricing).
Villa is set within a beautifully maintained and established garden. Villa has private parking on a traditional Calcada drive.
Coast/Beach
Carvoeiro has a beautiful sandy beach and lies in some of the most un-spoilt coastline in the Algarve. There are many other scenic beaches within easy reach of the villa such as Benegil, Centaines and Marinha.
Golf
Vale de Milho is a very attractive 9 hole course and is within a couple of minutes walking distance from the villa.
The Algarve is well known for its Championship Golf Courses, two of which Vale de Pinta and Quinta do Gramacho can be found within a very short drive from the villa.
Travel
Faro is the main airport for the Algarve and is approximately a 45 minute drive to the villa.
Car hire is recommended but not essential and Carvoiero has a very reliable taxi service.
Distances
The villa to Carvoeiro is approximately a 5 minute drive and has a generous number of fine restaurants, bars and shops.
Vale do Milho Golf is on the doorstep (about a 3 minute walk). Julio's Restaurant is about a 5 minute walk and a few more are dotted around close by.
Further details
Intermarche is the main supermarket and is about a 5 minute drive from the villa.
Smaller local shops can supply your basic needs and are about a 10 to 15 minute walk from the villa.
Booking notes
Villa da Felicidade has three double bedrooms. However the villa can accommodate a maximum party of eight people using the sofa bed in the lounge area. No charge is made for Infants under 2 years of age.
If required the pool can be heated. Due to higher running costs this facility is available at an additional suppliment cost of £90.00 per week and must be booked in advance.
A deposit (one third of total rental) required at time of booking. Balance payable six weeks before arrival.
