The apartment is fitted and furnished to a very high standard. Both the bedroom and living room are air-conditioned. The bedroom has a double bed and has patio doors leading onto the balcony. The living room has a double sofa bed , armchair, dining table and chairs to seat 4. There is an LCD TV with Sky TV showing all the usual UK programmes and this room also has patio doors leading onto the balcony. The open plan kitchen is fully fitted with integrated Bosch appliances and has plenty of cupboard space. The secure gated gardens are the setting for the shared swimming pool, children's pool and floodlit tennis court. The apartment is situated on the second floor and there is lift access. There is a supermarket , pharmacy, bank, bus stop and taxi rank all between 2 and 5 minutes walk away. There are numerous shops, bars and restaurants locally, many of the restaurants offer traditional Portuguese food.

Changeover day
Changeover days are flexible. The apartment is available to you from 3pm on the day of your arrival until 11.00am on the day of your departure.

Towels and linen are included, however guests must provide their own beach towels. The apartment is thoroughly cleaned before arrival and in the case of a reservation of 10 or more nights there will be a mid stay clean and change of towels and linen. |

The apartment is suitable for couples and families. Heating/air-conditioning units are fitted in the living room and bedroom. The apartment is strictly no smoking and no pets are allowed.

Coast/Beach
The beautiful sandy beach of Olhos d'Agua is less than a 10 minute stroll down a winding road past the many shops, bars and restaurants of this small picturesque fishing village.
Golf
Situated between Albufeira and Vilamoura, this is the perfect base for the golf enthusiast with numerous excellent courses only a short drive away.
Travel
Faro airport is approx 25 minutes drive away.A car would be required if you intend to explore the Algarve, but the situation of the apartment in Olhos d'Agua means that you don't need one to enjoy the beach or the local nightlife. If you do feel like a lively night out, Albufeira is a short taxi/bus ride away. The bus stop and taxi rank are less than 2 minutes walk from the apartment.
Booking notes
A non refundable deposit of 25% of the booking fee is required to confirm the booking. The balance is to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival.

The apartment is lovely and we could not find fault with anything.The location was ideal, near to the shops and restaurants and only a short walk to the beach. We can understand why you chose this apartment, getting the sun in the afternoon and into the evening and the lovely views. I am sure we will contact you in the near future.
