The apartment over looks the pools and tennis courts and is in a wonderful location in Praia da Luz, it has been refurbished to a very high standard and has the most spectacular sea views, it is just a short stroll to the beautiful sandy beach, with local restaurants, bars and several well stocked supermarkets all within easy reach. Set within the ocean club, quests have the use of 4 pools, 1 heated indoor pool, there are also 5 tennis courts, (2 floodlit) and are available for hire. Praia da Luz is close to several golf courses, including Penina, Palmares, Parque da Floresta and Boavista, the nearest being a round six minutes away. To add to one's enjoyment there is a water sports centre on the beach, this includes water skiing, windsurfing, banana rides, peddle boats and more, there is something for the whole family to enjoy in Luz.

Changeover day
Bookings normally run Saturday to Saturday, although alternative days may be possible for longer lets or out of season, please email or telephone us, check out is 10 am & check in is 2 pm although we will try to be as flexible as possible with your flight

| Living Rooms: | Lounge with patio doors Leading to a large balcony, with a patio set, the lounge has LCD TV and a DVD Player with children's DVDs, there is a three and a two seater settee which leads in to the dining area, the dining table can seat between 4 to 6 people. |
| Other: | All rooms have UK plug adaptors fitted, in the main bedroom there is a hair dryer for your use. |
| Cleaning/towels/ linen/maid service: |
Maid service included, Linen changed once a week. The Apartment has a midweek clean and the towels are also changed. Beach towels are not included. |

Accessibility
Having easy access via the stairs or by using the lift, there is also access via a long ramp which makes it very wheelchair friendly.
Outside
Outside there is a large balcony with a patio table and 4 chairs over looking two swimming pools and the tennis courts, with fantastic sea views over Luz village.
Coast/Beach
Only about Five Minutes Walk To The Beach of Luz also Within 5 km there are the beautiful beaches of, Meia Praia, Dona Ana, Batata, Porto de Mos and many more small bays.
Golf
This is a golfers' paradise, Golfers are spoilt for choice here, Praia da Luz is close to several golf courses, including Penina, Palmares, Parque da Floresta and Boavista, the nearest being a round Six minutes away. The golf on offer in this part of the world is varied and extensive for all levels of skill and determination.
Special interest holidays
There are two very good Horse riding stables nearby, as well as Quad Biking, Jeep Safaris, Kayaking and Mountain Biking. Those who like to fish, there is fishing boats from Lagos Marina offering half to full days fishing, or you could join some of the locals Fishing off the rocks. From the Marina at Lagos you can also go on pleasure boat trips, Dolphin Watching, seeing the beautiful caves or you can also charter a boat for that special occasion.
Travel
Praia da Luz is less than an hours drive from Faro airport on the A22 Algarve motorway, (which is a very easy drive) you can also use a Taxi, Train or Bus Service.
Distances
The historic walled town of Lagos is around 6 km away.
Further details
Further along the coast there is Burgau which is a little fishing village and not far from there is Salema both of which are worth a visit.
Booking notes
A 25% deposit is required upon booking and the balance is due in full no later than 6 weeks prior to arrival.
We use an English Management Company who can be contacted at any time should an unforeseen problem arise.
We can also offer you airport transfers, as well as welcome packs, email us should you require a quote.
A security deposit of 10% fee is required and is fully refundable once our management team have confirmed all is okay.

Stuart & Jackie who have been holidaying in Luz for the past seven years, Praia da Luz is a lovely unspoilt part of the Algarve, it still retains the feeling of a Portuguese fishing village, with safe beaches and is a family orientated holiday destination, so we decided that we would buy an apartment which we feel is a home from home, knowing Luz we found this apartment to be one of the best locations you can get within easy walking distance of all the local amenities.
