90Euros fro final cleaning 90Euros for intermediary cleaning changing bed and bath lines. The price it doesn΄t inlcuds to remove the garbage and the recycing. There is several municipal bins all over Sagres for the garbage and the recycing. |

About the owner
My husband and me, we build villas and rent villas in Sagres. We use to work a lot and in my free time we go to the beach with our 2 children, we windsurf and ride a bike. That is why we usually don't meet the clients during check in and check out. We simply leave the keys at the door. We love to live in Sagres. We hope you will love your holidays here in Sagres. Why the owner chose a home in this location
Villa Palmeira was a very old house.
We rebuilt it. We sold it in 2006 to a british doctor:
Simon love to surf here in Sagres.
At this moment we manage the rentals for Simon.
