Bedrooms: The en-suite bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, both with French doors opening on to a balcony to enjoy the fantastic views.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed and fitted wardrobes with a safe.
Bedroom 2 has two single beds and fitted wardrobes.
Bathrooms: En-suite to bedroom 1 includes a WC, bath shower, bidet, basin with built-in storage.
En-suite to bedroom 2 includes a WC, shower and wash basin.
Downstairs is a separate WC.

Complimentary toiletries in all bathrooms.
Kitchen: A stylish open plan fully equipped kitchen with granite work tops, includes cooker, hob, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. It has French doors with open out on to a partly covered terrace and barbecue area.
Living Rooms: The spacious open plan lounge/dining area easily accommodates 2 leather sofas one of which converts to a double sofa bed, the is a dining table and chairs to seat 6. A TV, DVD player, music centre and PlayStation 2.
Other: There is a large walk-in storage cupboard with inflatables, balls, buckets and spades etc.

Towels including beach towels and bed linen are included and are changed with the weekly maid service.

Notes on accommodation
This property is finished to a high standard with artwork and rugs to give it a home away from home feeling. Although the property does not include central heating there are several oil filled radiators available which heat the house very effectively during the winter months. All windows and French doors have useful fly screens. A complimentary welcome pack and toiletries are included with every holiday. An internet dongle is also available to hire at 5 Euros per day.
Cots and highchairs are also available for hire. There is also a hairdryer for guests use.

Accessibility
Unfortunately this property is unsuitable for people with mobility problems.

Outside
Set in beautiful landscaped gardens with a patio/terrace which includes a built in barbecue and outdoor furniture this property overlooks the shared pool area. This is an un attended pool and children’s pool with sun beds, tables and umbrellas for guests to use. To the rear is ample parking with easy access to the rear door.

Coast/Beach
10 minutes drive to the golden sands of several Lagos or Alvor beaches where water sports and great beach cafes/restaurants can be found. Within 30 minutes drive are the wonderful picturesque west coast beaches suitable for surfing, snorkelling and exploring the rock pools depending on which you choose can be found.

Golf
Situated with in easy reach of several golf courses including Palmares, Penina, Boavista, Parque da Floresta, Gramacho, Pinta and Silves, Alto golf and Morgado.

Travel
This easy to find property is 75km and 45 minutes from Faro airport. Car hire is essential.

Odiaxere has a number of restaurants (including the best Piri Piri on the Algarve), cafes and local shops, a weekly market, and a award winning bakery.

About the owner
We are from Yorkshire in the North of England and have two sons and a Parsons Jack Russell terrier. We own and run our own business and love to spend time relaxing on the Algarve with family and friends.

Why the owner chose a home in this location
We bought our home on the Algarve after looking at numerous properties over a two year period. Its in a picturesque location, peaceful, with beautiful views, yet an easy drive from the airport, beaches, shopping and restaurants. Its spacious and really great for families. We believe its something special, and this along with the Portuguese people and their relaxed way of life make it perfect for us.

Unique benefits of the property
To help you reduce your baggage costs, we include beach towels along with all other linen and complimentary toiletries(including shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and toothpaste). There are body boards, inflatables, buckets and spaces, beach chairs and umbrellas all for guests use.
