Fantastic golf views and a shared 25m and children's pool directly opposite. The apartment is furnished to a very high standard with all the modern appliances. The 260 acre resort is in a prime location boasting a championship golf course, driving range with putting and chipping practice areas. A club house with restaurant, indoor spa and pool (cost to use the indoor facilities), gym, outdoor tennis courts, football pitch and children's play area. There are many restaurants in nearby Lagos and some excellent beach bars on the miles of beautiful sandy beaches.

Notes on accommodation
The apartment is suitable for couples, families, and golf holidays. There is a good selection of books, a hairdryer, phone charger, iron and ironing board. Tennis rackets, balls, snorkel and flippers are all available to use during your stay.
Accessibility
The accommodation is very spacious (106sq.m) with 1 flight of stairs to the first floor.
Outside
Private front and rear furnished balconies with great views. There is a shared, gated 25m heated swimming pool and a children's pool with spacious sun terraces. The pool is just across from the front of the apartment and is accessed using a swipe card.
Coast/Beach
Five minutes from Boavista is the town of Luz, Which is a beautiful beach resort providing water front activities and a delightful choice of seafront cafes and shops. Meia Praia is the biggest of Lagos' beaches curving all the way from the Marina to the river estuary at Alvor.
Golf
Boavista Golf is an impressive 18 hole championship golf course with spectacular scenery and views of Lagos bay and the Monchique mountains. This is one of the Algarve's most beautifully manicured golf courses set against a glorious backdrop of the Atlantic Ocean with exhilarating panoramic views. The resort has a driving range with golf professional, chipping and putting facilities, clubhouse, shop, restaurant and bar.
Travel
The nearest airport Faro is just 45 minutes by car. There is also a mainline railway station in Lagos. Alternatively the airport provide a regular shuttle bus service to Lagos town centre.
Distances
Boavista is approx 5 minute drive to Lagos and Luz. The nearest supermarket is a 2 minute drive. Taxis to Lagos and Luz cost on average 7 euro.
Booking notes
There is a 20% non refundable deposit of the rental charge payable on reservation. The balance will then be required at least 6 weeks prior to the arrival date. A refundable security deposit of £150 will be required (to be added to the final balance).
