Saturdays is normally the changeover day. Changeover during the week is allowed in the off seasons.

Praia D'El Rey has a children's club 'Club Aventura' (up to 16 years old), which offers outdoor activities including surfing, body boarding, quad biking, paintball, archery, kayaking and beach/sports games. Family excursions and activities are also available. These can be booked through 'Clube Aventura'. The resort also offers a tennis centre, with 6 tennis courts. 5 minutes drive will get you to Sierra del Rey, with more shops and restaurants.
Booking notes
50% deposit required to secure booking with balance payable 4 weeks prior to occupation. A security deposit of GBP200 will be required, the amount is refundable less the reasonable cost of any breakages or damage done (not including reasonable wear and tear). If the villa is left extensively dirty and additional cleaning is required, over and above normal cleaning, then the hourly rate for cleaning will also be deducted from your deposit. Please allow 7 working days after departure.
