This apartment is beautifully furnished in a modern, comfortable style and equipped with everything you may need for your stay. The spacious lounge/dining area opens onto a balcony with comfortable sofa, chairs and table with sun beds patio and garden with lawn and semi-tropical plants. The first floor is a suite with bedroom, bathroom and lounge area adjoining an enormous private veranda with great views. Full multifunction air-conditioning, under floor heating in the bathrooms, satellite TV, DVD and high speed internet all in the delightful setting of Hibiscus Gardens.
Outside
The villa is set in Hibiscus Gardens a secure gated development with delightful lawns and semi-tropical gardens which make up 85% of the property. There are three communal pools, a gymnasium, children’s play area and a very attractive Greenery bar and snack restaurant overlooking over the main pool.
Coast/Beach
The area is surrounded by lovely beaches. All the beaches have wonderful seafood restaurants. The closest beach is 10 minutes walk away.
Golf
We are a 5 minute drive from two of the best golf courses on the Algarve. Vale de Pinta and Gramacho.
Travel
Hibiscus Gardens is an easy 35 to 40 minutes drive on the motorway from Faro and 15 minutes from the Lisbon/Algarve motorway intersection. We shall send you easy to follow instructions to arrive by car or arrange to have you picked up from the airport if you wish.
Further details
The local shops are within a 5 minute walking distance .The main town is Carvoeiro which is approximately 10 minutes walk, many varied restaurants to sample.

A 25% deposit is required upon booking. Balance is payable 6 weeks prior to departure. Book by telephone or email. A detailed Information Pack will be sent via email on enquiry.

Guest comments
I spent a few days in this apartment at the end of September and you can tell from the photographs that it is a lovely, modern, comfortable, spacious and well equipped apartment. So the best thing I can do is to draw attention to the luxurious touches that aren't self evident but showed a really thoughtful attention to detail. It was lovely to find fluffy towelling robes and slippers for every guest, a full set of bath towels in both of the luxurious bathrooms, pool towels, soaps, a decent number of hangers and satellite TV which meant that a full range of British and American TV stations were available. Also there is a daily maid service which minimises chores. It's very new so everything looked lovely and I got the impression that everything is going to be well maintained. And the weather was lovely. I came back to London feeling relaxed and rested, wishing I could have stayed a bit longer.
