3-bedroomed villa with private pool in a spectacular setting between Silves and S.B. Messines, close to the villages of Nora and Franqueira. The villa is ideally situated for anyone looking for a peaceful location to relax, as it is set on a hillside in 1.5 acres of land and has superb panoramic views centered on the sea at Armacao de Pera. The area is predominately agricultural with citrus fruits, avocados and olives grown locally. The villa is ideally situated to give easy access (about 20 mins) to the beaches around, Armacao de Pera. Carvoeiro, Portimao and Algoz, and the beautiful countryside around Monchique and Alte are easily accessible. For anyone looking for a golfing holiday, there are now several newly opened golf courses nearby which are quieter and cheaper than those on the coast.

Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach/pool towels. Cleaning and fresh linen weekly. On a 2 week stay the villa is also cleaned on the middle weekend. |

Outside
Outside the French doors is a covered terrace downstairs and an outside staircase leading to a large, secluded terrace upstairs. In front of the terrace is the swimming pool which has Jacuzzi bubbles. This is surrounded by flowerbeds and lawn. There are loungers and garden furniture for 6 people and a static barbecue.
Coast/Beach
Gale, Amacao de Pera and Marinas are the nearest beaches, about 25 minutes drive.
Travel
Faro airport is 50 minutes drive.
Car hire is essential due to the location.

Further details
There is a Portuguese restaurant in Franqueira located quite close to the house and a selection of good Portuguese restaurants in and around Silves and Messines.
Silves is a busy, attractive town with a long history and its castle, cathedral and museums are worth a visit.
The villa is ideal for families seeking a quiet, very private location, but with easy access to the best beaches and holiday attractions. These include Water Parks and Zoo Marine.

A deposit of £200 per week is required, balance to be paid 6 weeks before departure.
A returnable damages deposit of £150 is required.

This is my third visit and it never ceases to amaze me, the views are spectacular and the pool a fabulous escape from the heat of the day. we will be back, its too lovely to miss.
