This is south facing air-conditioned apartment in a quiet location is set back from and overlooks the main areas of the club. Clube Albufeira is just 2km from the centre of the old town of Albufeira and its famous fisherman’s beach. It is also less than 10 minutes drive from the new marina. A car is not necessary as both supermarkets and food outlets are within a few minutes walk. There is also a courtesy bus service to the centre of Albufeira (please check times with reception). The Algarve shopping centre with its hypermarket large range of shops, leisure, cinema and restaurants is again only around 5 minutes drive away. On site there is the excellent poolside O Pavillhao restaurant open from 9am until late (in season) serving a wide range of snacks and meals. There are also small snacks bars open at the other 2 pools on site in summer. Plus a 4th pool alongside the New Casa Azul restaurant, with its panoramic views.

Notes on prices
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. Please enquire for special short break prices for: November - March (exc. Christmas/New Year and Easter), 3 nights from £100 Note: Midweek flights can be great value at these times. Discounts for winter lets 14 nights or more. Please enquire for long term stay winter rates incl heating. We have no problems with payment in Euros. (Current rate £1 = E1.18). Once the booking is accepted we do not adjust the rate.
Changeover day
We try to be flexible and do not have a specific change over day.. 7 day minimum booking from mid June - mid September. At other times of the year please enquire for prices for shorter lengths of stay.

Notes on accommodation
Balcony off lounge with patio furniture and small BBQ. There is also a small balcony off the master bedroom. Lawns and gardens to front and side. Ample car parking.

Coast/Beach
Albufeira beaches 2/3 minutes drive, Gale and Salgados 10 minutes. Oura 10 minutes.
Golf
Salgados (18 hole coastal course) 10 minutes drive (west)
Balaia (9 hole) 10 minutes drive (east). The majority of the Algarve's finest golf courses are within 20/40 minutes drive.
The NEW Albufeira golf centre (driving/practice range ) is also only a short drive from the couples.
Distances
Faro airport approximately 40km (30 minutes driving time). Taxis available at airport taxi rank est 45 euros one way. Railway station Ferreiras 6km. Nearest Motorway Junction A22 3km. Hire car not necessary, although to enjoy all that the algarve has to offer a car is recommended. Express Train connections to Lisbon from local station. Seville 2-3 hrs drive (motorway). Lisbon 2-3 hrs drive (motorway).
Further details
Pool table, football machine crazy golf on site. Tennis and many other activities at nearby Camping Albufeira (via footbridge). Horse-riding at Val De Parra (10 minutes drive west). Zoo Marine and many other major attractions easily reached either by car or through the club receptions wide range of excursions. The new race track at Portimao, venue for moto GP and F1 testing is only 35-40mins from Albufeira, In 2012 it will host a number of high profile motor sport events. Carting and track days can be booked.
Booking notes
£100 deposit (£200 July/August bookings) with balance due 8 weeks before departure. A £100 minimum cheque (security deposit) against damage. Returned after cleaning and final inspection. Please enquire about airport transfers.
