The lounge and master bedroom patio windows open up onto a spacious terrace which comprises patio furniture overlooking the private garden with a delightful view of the landscaped gardens and pool area making it ideal for alfresco dining. A second patio area is accessed from the kitchen and 2nd bedroom with views of a communal area with benches. It’s position is envious with the unspoiled Porto De Mos beach only a short stroll away and ideal for couples and families that appreciate a little privacy, but not too far away to enjoy the historical sights of Lagos which is only a 5 minute drive.

Bedrooms: The master bedroom is spacious incorporating en-suite bathroom, king size bed, large spacious solid oak wardrobes, 2 bed side cabinets with lamps and 3 drawer dresser with mirror.
2nd bedroom includes 2 single beds divided with a bedside cabinet.
Bathrooms: The en-suite bathroom is fully tiled including a hydro massage spa bath with shower, wc, bidet, and washbasin with mirror. Bathroom 2 includes shower enclosure, wc and washbasin with mirror.
Kitchen: The kitchen is finished to a high specification. Beautiful oak units down one wall incorporate oven, hob, cooker hood, microwave and washing machine. This is complemented on the other wall with a fridge/freezer and a breakfast bar with 2 bar stools.
Living Rooms: There is a contemporary feel to the living area with 2 quality leather sofas, black ash coffee table, Samsung flat screen TV, DVD, modern TV console unit and stand up lamp unit. The dining area comprises of an oak dining table and 4 leather chairs.
Other: The entrance hall comprises of a dark oak console table.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service:
Linen and towels will be provided at the beginning of your stay. In the middle of your stay the bathroom will be freshened and clean towels provided. The towels are only for use in the apartment they are not to be used around the pool or on the beach.

Notes on accommodation
The accommodation is ground floor and benefits from a secure garden area making it ideal for young children. The apartment also features air-conditioning/heating, electric security shutters to all 4 patio windows and a video entry phone. Sorry no smoking allowed in the apartment! Sorry no pets allowed!

Accessibility
The apartment is on the ground floor but I would say that it is not suitable for wheelchairs given that there is one step to negotiate to gain access to the apartment building.

Outside
The apartment boasts a spacious terrace area at the front accessed from the living room and master bedroom patio windows. For your comfort a patio table and 4 chairs are provided along with sun beds which can be used on the terrace or within the landscaped garden area. This secure complex with only 20 privately owned units benefits from a shared swimming pool, separate whirlpool, shower, discreet toilet facilities and a stunning landscaped garden area. You can enjoy the late afternoon/evening sun from the large terrace at the rear of the property. This is accessed off the kitchen and twin bedroom patios. From here you have views of the benched communal area. The rear of the property also allows for ample parking facilities directly outside the apartment.

Coast/Beach
The Algarve boasts some of the finest stretches of coastline and beaches in Europe and this area is no exception. The local beach at Porto De Mos is only a 5 minute walk. This extensive golden sandy beach is over half a mile long and features stunning high cliffs with spectacular views. This beach area provides all the usual facilities including a lovely bar/restaurant. Other local beaches include Praia Da Dona Ana:small sandy cove 5 minutes by car. Meia Praia near Lagos 10 minutes by car.

Golf
There is an abundance of top quality 18 hole Golf Courses in the Western Algarve. There are 3 courses that are within easy reach of the apartment:
Boavista Championship Golf: length 6053mt, 5 minutes by car.
Palmares golf: length 5961mt, 15 minutes by car.
Parque Da Floresta: length 5673mt, 15 minutes by car

Travel
The nearest airport is Faro and is approximately 80km to Lagos taking 50 minutes by car. It is recommended that you hire a car and book it before your holiday commences so that you can arrange to collect it at the airport. A fairly straight forward drive heading west along the A22 awaits you. For guests not wishing to drive a taxi/shuttle bus is easily arranged from the airport. A list of directions from the airport to the apartment will be e-mailed to you before your departure.

Places of interest: Lagos - The historical town of Lagos is traditional in style and is encircled by massive 16th century walls that effectively shut out the 21st century. Here you will discover a maze of cobbled streets where cafe owners have set up their tables tempting visitors to stop and sample their delicious offerings in between exploring the town’s churches, museums, art galleries, antique shops and bustling market. The town of Lagos has recently received the 'slow city' award fulfilling the required criteria that your town leads an environmentally friendly, cultural, and sustainable style of life. A cultured city it may be but Lagos is also home to many fine shops bars and restaurants. The usual amenities are also well catered for. Lagos is also characterised with its modern harbour/marina. Here you can watch the world go by in one of the pavement cafes overlooking the marina or treat yourself to one of the boat trips which include: Dolphin Watching, Family Fishing, Grotto Trips or BBQ Cruises.

Booking notes
After you confirm your required dates you will be sent a booking form which you should complete and return with a deposit payment of 20% with the final balance becoming due no later than 8 weeks prior to your departure date. Once we have received your final payment we will email you with a copy of the directions from the airport along with details for our local management team who will be delighted to meet you at the apartment and deal with any questions you may have.
