Within easy reach of everything you need, beaches, shopping, markets, golf, restaurants and walking distance to the local bars and restaurant, 3 Bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, large kitchen, dining room and lounge. Equipped with everything you need. All towels/bedlinen are provided. Gardener/Maintenance person lives on grounds in a separate apartment and will respect your privacy. Available 24 hrs for help and advice. Also 1 lovable domestic dog and a cat reside on the grounds (not in the house).

Accessibility
This property, regretfully, is not suitable for people with mobility issues. Some means of transport is necessary as most facilities are about 10 min car drive away. Contact the owner to arrange local competitive car hire rentals.

There are many beaches 10-15 min drive away. If you take a ferry boat you can enjoy some of the most spectacular beaches in Europe.

Nearest is 10 min by car, numerous famous courses within easy reach.

Faro airport 20 mins, car hire is essential.
Distances
The main town of Olhao is 10 mins away with the shopping centre, cinemas, theatre, markets and supermarkets, Faro is 15 mins away.

Booking notes
A booking deposit of 25% is required. The balance payment is due 6 weeks before departure. A £150 breakage security deposit required upon arrival which is refundable after satisfactory inspection. Travel holiday insurance is essential to cover non refundable payments should a cancellation be made.
Guest comments
Just back from a fantastic tranquil week at Boavista. The property is wonderful, very spacious full of art fully equipped with everything we needed and more. The children loved the ice machine. We all loved the gorgeous pool. Our host gave us excellent tips so we enjoyed the local markets and folk dancing. Totally recommend it, we hope to go back. The Duckworths of Cambridge Aug. 2010.
