It is situated in a quiet residential area next to Carvoeiro Tennis Club and only a few minutes drive from the lovely village of Carvoeiro.

Notes on accommodation
Furnished to a high standard and is fully air-conditioned. Non- smoking but ashtrays are provided for use on the terrace and roof. Fully heated with a log burning stove, so is suitable for all year round holidays.
Outside
The apartment has a large balcony with dining tables and chairs, roof terrace with barbecue, tables, chairs and sun loungers.
Coast/Beach
The apartment is a few minutes drive away from many fantastic beaches.
Golf
There are several excellent courses within easy reach of the apartment including Pestana's Gramacho and Pinta courses along with the David Leadbetter Driving range and golf academy which are just a few minutes drive away. There is also a par three, nine hole course just ten minutes drive away. This course is perfect for homing those tricky short shots and is also excellent for beginners.
Travel
Our apartment is about forty minutes drive away from Faro airport. Car hire is recommended.
Distances
There are restaurants, bars and a mini-market within a ten minute walk at Sesmarias. Carvoeiro village is a 25 minute walk on foot and a few minutes away by car. Carvoeiro has an excellent choice of restaurants, bars and shops, catering for all tastes and pockets. Water parks and Zoo Marine are within easy reach.
Further details
The apartment is next door to Carvoeiro Clube de Tennis. There are twelve courts including grass, artificial grass and clay surfaces. The tennis club also has a gym, mini golf and a pool. There is also a beauty salon and hairdresser, a bar and a restaurant.
Booking notes
A non-refundable deposit of £150 per week is required and payable upon booking. Balance is due eight weeks prior to arrival. Maximum occupancy of four.
